            Recently this company bought my house "as is". I dealt directly with Yates Financial Investments. There was no agent involved at all throughout the entire selling and buying process that lasted for a little over 2 months. But the closing costs submitted to the title company showed an agent fee of $17,000.00. The day after the closing, I received a call from the title company that my settlement amount is $17000.00 short. That an agent fee was charged to me when infarct there was no agent involved in the process. This amount was then added to the prior closing settlement sum. Was this a deliberate act on the part of Yates Financial Investment? I believe so with all my heart. In another incidence the home owners association fee of $1135 which was the buyer,s responsibility was charged to me by Clint, the owner of this company. He repeatedly ignored the attempts of both the BBB and myself to rectify the 1135.00. The itemized cost of closing was not made available to me until the day after the closing date. I will never recommend this company for any real estate transactions. Their actions are very shady.
