I took my car in for diagnostic due to hesitation when shifting gears . I was advised that my 2013 ******** E350 with 68, 317 needed the transmission rebuilt and it would cost $3700. It ended up costing $4818. They kept my car for 10 days and the tech advised he wanted to drive it because he didnt like the way the gears were shifting. I picked up my car and drive it 11 miles home and it ran poorly , gears did not shift properly and it jerked really bad from starting position . It was worse than when I took it in with slight hesitation in shifting . The owner /tech advised I needed to drive it 100 miles for the computer to reset. I drive it and it got worse instead of better . I have it time . The car then started to shake very bad at 40 miles and then 20 miles . Then, the coolant light came on. I had the car towed back to the facility after speaking with ***** . Today , I was advised that the radiator (which they acceded to flush ) was now leaking into the rebuilt transmission and I need a new radiator. They also advised that the work in the transmission may not be covered under the warranty due to the damage caused by the radiator!! I have lost trust as the car never ran properly after I picked it up from the rebuild and appears they neglected to refill the coolant or damaged the radiator. I want the car repaired completely at no further cost to me for their mistake or my money fully refunded and and damages .
