      I have tried to cancel my subscription with Revital U through their customer support. It does not show up in my monthly orders, so I cannot cancel it there. The phone number is a nonworking number, so I cannot cancel there. I have stopped payment through my bank because I had no other way of contacting them.

      I have attempted to ****** a subscription for 3 months now by filing a ticket like the company website suggests. I cannot reach a person over the phone or via email to cancel the reoccuring subscription.

      Revital U took $55.07 out of my account 9/7/24 and I haven't received my order. When I called the phone numbers that I have always contacted them on to cancel my subscription and ask where my coffee is, both numbers are now disconnected. Order number and tracking number no longer is in their system. I was subscribed to their every two month subscription. Why are they taking money out of bank accounts when they are NO LONGER IN OPERATION

      Placed orders for The cocoa on 7-21-2023 and 8-3-2023. I was told the item was out of stock but would be shipped when it came in. I never received the items and can not get anyone to respond to my support questions. All phone #'s are non working numbers also- ************ and ************. I also emailed and the support at their email listed as *************************** and got the kick back stating delivery has failed to these recipients or groups. I have contacted support on 9-18-23, which they responded on 9-20-2023 stating product would be in stock in 2024. I then reached out again on 3-29-24, 5-13-24, 7-11-24, 7-30-24 and today. No responses to any.

      RevitalU I had signed up for a monthly order on 1/26/2024 as I have done for years. Received a tub of ************ for 6 months until 6/6/24. Tried to cancel, discovered that theres no more monthly order so felt good about it. However, got charged in July again with No Product delivery . Emailed their support, email returned as undeliverable. Tried to call them. The number disconnected almost immediately.Since then have been charged two more times, including a pending charge just today.Trying to stop payment via my bank. I wonder if the problem is the supposed sponsor ****** ***** Rep ** ********. Because the charge is slightly different and its not on website which by the way allows me to log in as normal but shows no more monthly orders and does not show the July to September charges at all. Please help as this is now FRAUD!!

      I had a recurring order set up for a monthly product. In July of **************************************************************************** September I went to stop the recurring order. There is no recurring order listed on my account to stop, and no history of shipments since June yet I am still having charges to my credit card and products shipped. I have logged cases online that get no reply, emails are returned as not deliverable, all phone numbers I have been able to locate online are either disconnected or just ring until the line cuts off. I would like this recurring order stopped immediately. I have records of attempts to contact going back to 8/7/24 which is 4 weeks at this point.

      I cancelled a monthly subscription to this company and am still getting charged every month. I go onto my portal and it shows no order and that my monthly subscription is not active however they still take the money from my account. I need them to STOP when they don't have the right or approval to do so.

      I have been trying to get a hold of them due to their monthly automatic order of the smart coffee. First, their system only reflects two order from me when in fact, I already made 4. I received the product and was also charged. I dont know why their system isnt updating to reflect all my orders. Second, Ive been trying to contact them through email, phone number and also sent a ticket through the website. The email bounced back. I did this twice. I tried calling a few times now but their phone number doesnt seem to be working. The ticket I submitted on 08/08/24 hasnt been answered or at least no one has replied back. I originally just wanted to pause my monthly order but at this point, I just want to cancel completely.

      Cancelled my subscription with this company in June of 2024. They drafted my account for a shipment on July 24, 2024, however, they are out of business. I am unable to contact them via email or phone. Want a refund.
