              Aeroscape did landscape plantings for me in June 2021. All the plants came with a one year guarantee. Two of the plants quickly died and one of the plants was planted crooked so it was leaning against a fence. Two of the three plants were expensive. The total I paid for all three was $564.50. I have tried to get Aeroscape to honor the guarantee. First excuse, owner had COVID. Second excuse, too busy but would "get me on the schedule." Third excuse, not enough workers (don't know why it would take more than one worker to replant three items). Also suggested they refund the money and I would get somebody else to replant and got no response. We are now on month seventh.

              Aeroscape Landscaping installed sod in my back yard. Its price seemed fair and Will, the salesman, and his crew arrived on time. I marked the sprinkler heads with flags before Aeroscape arrived, and I asked Will not to roll anything heavy over the sprinklers. The person rolling the sod with a roller full of water ignored this request, and he broke one of my irrigation lines. I asked Will to fix the leak. He said the ******* ran through the sprinkler system with me after the sod was laid and everything was functioning correctly. Sprinkler lines are buried underground, and you wont always detect a leak within two or three minutes, which is how long the sprinklers were turned on for. Will said, If there are damaged sprinkler lines that need repair, we would be happy to assist, but there will be a charge for fixing the lines. After a few more text exchanges, Will stopped responding, and I had to pay a sprinkler repair company to fix the leak.
