    I joined Cherrington Media on 8/2. I paid $104 to join and $117 for the monthly subscription. Then they tried to pitch me "plans" that cost tens of thousands of dollars. I got MLM vibes from them because during these pitches they said the more expensive the "plan" you purchase, the more money you could possibly make. After that, I did not want to be in the program anymore, left a message on my "coach's" voicemail saying that I did not want to be part of the program anymore. A few days past, no response. So, I called a couple of times, and she hung up on me. I was wondering if you could please get my money back. They still keep billing me, even though I do not want to be part of their program anymore.

    We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or frustration experienced by the customer. Our goal is to provide value and support to all our clients, and we regret that this individual felt dissatisfied with their experience.We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for our initial product, which we believe demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction. We understand that our program may not be the right fit for everyone, which is why we have this policy in place. We would have gladly processed an immediate refund had the customer reached out to us directly. We always encourage open communication and are more than willing to address any issues our clients may have. Although we have not received any request for a refund, we proactively have initiated a refund of the initial purchase, of any recent subscription payments and canceled future charges. We'll also look into the correspondence with the sales coach. Treating everyone with respect and dignity is important to us.
