Beginning December 2023 to date, the BBB began detecting a pattern of complaints and reviews for Done For You Ecom. Those patterns include:
• Consumers who made a 5k investment and reports they did not receive a return on their investment.
• Poor customer services: consumers report their inquiries for information and refund request were unanswered.
• As an example: Complaint 21088565 states the following "On or about 11/15/23 I entered an agreement with Done for you ecom to build and manage an e-commerce website. The cost was a onetime time fee of $5997, which as advertised on their site should have been built in around 7 days. After about 6 six weeks I started trying to reach out to them. They will not call me back; they won’t return emails or any form of communication regarding either my e-commerce site or my investment. I have reached out multiple times since that date, it is now 01/02/23. Up until they were paid, they reached out to me constantly, once they received my funds there has been no communication at all.
6D. Cooperate with BBB in efforts to eliminate the underlying cause of patterns of customer complaints that are identified by BBB.
