My wife went to there location to see about trading in her suv came by my work in a Highlander that was around 30k but that was more than we wanted to pay for a suv told them that I was looking to trade in my car get away from CarMax an my wife an the high payment an was told that they could help me out too *************************** told me he could work his magic to get me an my wife in different vehicles an shook hands with him because he said he wanted my blessing before she buys one from them then I got over there. They got her into one. And I was put with a different sales person to try to get out of mine and was Told To go get every extra warranty off of my car from Carmax come back up to him and they would take care of me and put me in another car to help I told him if I did that they could they actually do that and put them in in a different vehicle With lower payment so I did that called him And got the runaround and theyre not Doing anything for me after they got a sell for my wife She even put 12 grand on her down And traded a vehicle in, but not doing anything at all at all to get something different I got lied to twice and now theyre saying they cant do anything or do nothing at all. Theyve already got a sell for my wife on a vehicle and now Im just sitting like a duck and all these promises and In hopes that I get helped out in my situation, but nothing I wouldve even gone up there dealership she got cheaper payments and they probably took care of me at the same time Im not very happy with him and Im very ****** Off they said they feel bad and owe me lunch now because of all the bs I went through from last night to today I got lied to again from another dealership I wasted time of doing what they told me to do and still cantdo anything to help but got a sale from my wife feel like thats all they care about
