    This business is a complete and total scam! I ordered my semi-custom dolls in early August. They arrived in mid-October and the customizations were completely ignored. I contacted the company and it took weeks to hear back. Finally, when I got a response, she said she had sent me a shipping label the week before which never happened - it was never received. I sent back the two dolls and confirmed when she should be receiving them. I followed up the week after they were delivered to her to confirm she received them and was working on my remakes. She said they would be worked on the following week - November 15th. I followed up on 11/23 looking for an update and getting worried since it was less than a month until Christmas. When I originally contacted her about the issue, I notified her these were my daughters' Christmas gift. She didn't respond. I sent another follow up on 12/01 and she essentially said she had other orders that were priority over mine but that they would all be shipped by 12/12 because she was closing the shop down for vacation - this is also publicly posted on her website. On 12/04, she dropped a huge line of additional ready to ship dolls (clearly bypassing those of us that ordered in July & August) but she claimed that they were completely separate because her seamstress worked on those and she can't do the custom dolls. On 12/12 I followed up again asking for a status update and asking if I could pay to expedite shipping to ensure delivery before Christmas - no response. On 12/14, she posted in her Facebook group that most of the the Christmas drop dolls and any other outstanding orders were not going to be done in time and that she's closing her business down. She used phrases like "it is what it is" in this post. On 12/14 I sent her another e-mail asking to confirm whether or not my doll was one that was delayed and what the ETA was. I also commented on her facebook post saying "Also sent another e-mail" as multiple other customers had done so hoping that would queue her to check her e-mails. My comment was cited for "not following group rules" and deleted. She said in the group she would be sending out an update e-mail at 10AM CST on 12/15 which I never received. Followed up with her the afternoon of 12/15 and she was short and didn't seem to care about the fact that she failed to deliver something she promised 3 times directly to me and multiple other times in her Facebook group. She got angry, said she was refusing to read the rest of my e-mail which was only stating facts about the situation and other public posts then she blocked me from her group and actually posted a pretty nasty post in there in response to my message. She was caught in many lies and in speaking with other customers, this is not the first time this has happened. Many have been burned by her multiple times and many have failed to receive refunds or the products they've paid for. Overall, this could have easily been avoided with transparency and setting realistic expectations for herself about turnaround times. There are 15+ sad parents that won't be able to give children their planned gifts this Christmas meanwhile she's somewhere off on vacation.
