              Upon arriving, I asked if the *** light would be an issue, and it was shrugged off as not being an issue. Then after the rest of the inspection and paying, I find out that I have failed due to the *** light being on. This was clear from the beginning, and the lack of business ethics displayed by the child working, is unacceptable to me. In my eyes, I was charged $20 for asking a question. And that is despicable behavior for anyone, let alone a business working with/for the State. I would like all of my money refunded, as I never should have been charged in the first place. Had I been alerted, that an *** light on my dash (which is solely alerting me theres an issue with the Anti-Lock Braking System, NOT the braking system as a whole), then I wouldve addressed the issue PRIOR to inspection. To OIS, Please let me know when you return all of my money.

              Inspection fee only cost $7 but was charged a total of $24. Inspector gave short explanation of the additional fee in the beginning but I did not completely understand. Store charge and windshield wipers were mentioned so I thought that the additional fees were for the wipers but wipers were not replaced. I should have just left after he mentioned that the total would be $24 but I had been waiting in line for more than 30 mins. I did not want to go to another location. That was my mistake. Wished I had read the reviews on yelp prior to going to this business but I didnt bother checking because I had just gotten off work and trying to get there before they closed.

              Hello! We are sorry to hear that there was not a clear understanding as to what our price breakdown is. $7 is collected for the inspection itself. Our company then has a Shop Fee of $8.50 necessary for things like paying our employees and keeping our shops up and running. The last $8.50 is for our ***********. This is an exclusive service offered to our customers to come back all year long for fluid tops offs, discounted parts (wipers and bulbs), and the ability to get a re-inspection all year long (if needed). Our inspectors are trained to give each customer a speech and receipt, demonstrating this breakdown. If you need a copy of your receipt, please call the corporate office and we would be happy to get that for you! I hope this information helps. We appreciate your business!
