**** was easy to deal with at first. When he came in March he cleared my large landscaping in one day. The next day he and his crew worked hard planting the plants we had agreed on. He had told me that the plants would be great for our zone/area. Within a month, we started losing several plants. I texted him and asked him about a few of the plants and he said their names, not any comments of what I could do to keep them alive. By May and June I asked him to please drive by to help me with at least 15 of the shrubs. He called me once and unfortunately I was tutoring for one hour. In July, my husband called. He called him once and missed him while running an errand. **** said he tried. I asked him again in August to see what I could have done to prevent this situation. He told me he was booking several months out for $80 an hour! 1- his crew is on our neighborhood weekly 2- he covered up several sprinkler heads with landscape fabric/landscape rocks which prevented the shrubs from irrigation. 3- I did not receive the plants or the boulders I asked for. 4- Did not guarantee a thing. I believe, **** knows what he is doing, but would not recommend him at all Because he doesnt care about his customers. I paid cash for this job, and feel like I should have better service!
