My experience was HORRIBLE !! This lady named ***** apparently is the owner of this family business and my appointment was at ten and from min I arrived I could tell she was unprofessional she was on a cell phone arguing with someone non work related and then proceeded to talk for about ********************************************************************************************** and she left for about ten more min , she finally came back and as I recorded the video of the sonogram of my own child she told me NOT to record ?! And then at the end of this 9 min session she said u can. Record now and as I pulled out my phone to unlock it she literally swiped my stomach and then said we were done knowing I didn't get video I asked what her name was and she said that was none of my business and then proceeded to follow me out the room and began asking what my problem was I told her u didn't even let me record my baby and then she said she didn't have more time to waste on me and I said waste ?! And then she proceeded to follow me out to lobby arguing with me about what I was trying to accomplish and then followed me out to my car and said if ur so worried about a video then come back in and I told her no not after way she came at me and so she yanks my door open and said no come on let's go get u a video ,,all upset as if I caused her personal problems along with the attitude she brought to work . This setting and woman was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend her at all especially for the sake of someone else's unborn child her name is ******************* early 50's and reddish brown hair ,,I just can't get over how she rushed me all the way out to my car !!
