Snelling reached out to me after seeing my resume via Indeed. I did not seek them out. ****** contacted me and we had a phone interview and afterwards was asked to take an assessment test. During this phone interview I made it very clear when asked if I could come in person for an interview that my car was in the shop and I didn't know when I would have it back. We set a time for Friday at 1:30pm. When Thursday came and I was still unsure if I would have my vehicle back I emailed to let him know and we rescheduled for the following Monday, today, at 2:00pm. This morning I had been texting with a *** and asked if I could come in tomorrow as I had something pressing come up that I needed to take care of. He confirmed for 11:00am the next day, tomorrow. At 1:32 I received a phone call from *** asking if I could be there at 2:00pm today as he wasn't aware that I had rescheduled twice already (which I had not) and company policy doesn't allow more than 2 reschedules. I had rescheduled once with ****** who was well aware of the situation with my vehicle and even asked me if I just wanted to call back when my vehicle was ready. Then rescheduled today for the very next day. 1+1=2, not more than 2. If you have this company policy that is fine but you may make your prospective clients aware of this in the future so that they can prepare and you aren't wasting their time like you did mine. 100% do not recommend this company for anyone seeking employment.

I appreciate and understand your frustration with the rescheduling you described. We had a miscommunication internally that was not your fault and it unfortunately you had a bad experience as a result. We discussed the issue when it came up and have set new expectations so that this won't happen again.
