            Run far and fast from these guys. -5 stars. Hired by a real estate buyer to scope the sewer. It was scoped, I was told verbally it was clean and clear. the buyer/buyers agent was told it needed replacement and they were given a quote of 10K (which included 60 ft of asphalt digging - which is a joke. the main is in front of out house.). No written report was given. Funny how they had time to write an estimate to replace the sewer but not write a report as to why is need to be replaced. Selling agent even talked to the guy who did the scope and asked for one - nothing. I emailed and asked about the discrepancy - nothing. When our agent called he was confused about which scope went to which property.Delayed a real estate transaction. A real company is coming out next week to redo this and get the buyers and sellers the same info so we can move on.
