I contacted them about it and they said that it is my responsibility to track package and recover it after its been put in transit. Tracking number shows it was delivered but it wasnt.             Awful experience the *** I bought the from was horrible never got a shipment would not refund my money. Did not work if they were a miracle pill everyone would use the products. My *** did nothing but lie as well stay away from the fuel tabs any automotive magazine or Mechanic will tell you stay clear. Thesse people lie about the products.

            I am not sure what you are upset about, but your last order was back in 2023, and it was not for Fuel Tabs. You have never ordered fuel tabs, so I wonder how you would know if they worked. I also wonder why you took almost a year to file a complaint about a product you never even purchased. I also see that you were refunded for an order that you said you never received nine days later.
