Jay Mecham Country Garbage has been taking care of my garbage needs for years. Last week my garbage can was removed. I waited for several days thinking that maybe they were bringing back a new can. I called them on Friday and they said they took away the garbage can because they couldn't figure out who was paying for the service. I told them that I pay them with Venmo and I always reference the invoice number. The billing address is different than the physical address. He said that they were auditing their books. He said they would bring me a new one on Monday. Today is Monday and there was no trash can delivered. I called and he said that they delivered. He read off a different address. I told him that was not my address. I asked him if I was going to have to go another week without garbage service that I have paid for. He TOTALLY started an attitude with me as if it was MY fault that they had taken away the trash can. I asked him if he was going to argue with the customer and he said yes. It is not my fault they could not keep their books straight, not my fault they took away my garbage can. I am shocked and disappointed that this company treats customers like this. I have gone a week paying for a service that I am not getting.
