I called three weeks in& got through to someone. "My order should ship by Mon." Tues comes, & still nothing. I call again & they state, "I don't know why you were told that. It should ship by Th-F." Still didn't. I call Mon, after struggling to get through to anyone. The phone rings, places you on hold for 5m, & hangs up on you. I tried the customer service email & never received a response. After calling all day I finally made it through to someone. There was an issue with quality on some of my dyed flowers, but should ship by Th-Fr. I asked if there was a better wayof contacting them. "Email or TEXT the number." They still didn't ship. I tried calling the next week & texted the number&didn't receive a response until 24+hrs later. My order arrived 1.5mo later. I opted for ***. Everything was carelessly thrown into a GIANT flimsy cardboard box that was barely hanging on by the time it reached us. There was no rhyme or reason what flowers belonged to which kit. It took me over 2 hours to sort/organize all of the material & find out what was missing. Prior to my sorting I noticed I was missing all of the wood softener I ordered. I called&they placed the order for the softener. I told them I will go through the rest soon &call back if anything else is missing. I was missing at least 5 items.When I called back they told me I have 15 days to submit missing product. After having to sort through all of this myself, still not knowing which flowers belong with which kit since they were thrown in 2 giant bags,you're going to tell me that you're not going to fulfill what was missed from a $900 order? It also hadn't yet been 15 days. Then she said they only cover 1 shipment for replacements. Wouldn't this be explained the 1st time I called if that were the case? I was also missing all of the *** supply which the girl finally "did it this one time" &sent what I was missing. I finally received THAT order& it was still wrong. I gave up trying to resolve this horrendous issue.
