I hired ***************** to enclose a large barn structure, providing photos and measurements upfront. However, without informing me, ManCaveStructures subcontracted my project to Quality Carports, Inc. After a frustrating six-week wait, I was finally scheduled for installation, only to have the installers arrive demanding full payment in cash or money order before starting. This payment method felt risky and left me with no guarantee that the work would be done correctly.Additionally, the installers couldnt communicate in English, forcing us to rely on a translation app to discuss the project. To make matters worse, they showed up with the wrong materials, which I noticed only as they began reloading their truck. They informed me, again through the app, that theyd need to reschedule for when the correct materials were available. Only after insisting did I manage to hold off on payment until the job was actually completed, which required another two-week delay.This experience with ManCaveStrcutres was unprofessional and aggravating from start to finishpoor communication, lack of transparency, and a subcontractor who couldnt deliver as promised. I wont be using ManCaveStrcutures or Quality Carports *** again, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution with this company.

Dear *****,At High Quality Carports, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and we apologize that your experience with us and our dealer did not meet this *********** the contract signed on August 24, 2024, it states that Mancave Structures would be subtracting Quality Carports **** to take care of the addition that was not originally constructed by us. While we typically avoid modifications on structures not built by us, we made an exception to help facilitate your enclosure project. Unfortunately, due to an initial miscommunication, we had to reschedule the installation.During the confirmation call, details were reviewed, and per the emails, the end wall measurement was confirmed as 16 feet. However, when our crew arrived, they found that the wall measured 18 feet, plus an additional truss. Consequently, they were unable to proceed and rescheduled the installation, which initially had been on track according to the estimated timeline provided by Man Cave Structures.We promptly rescheduled your installation within three weeks. Per the terms outlined in the signed contract and the confirmation email, full payment is required upon the crews arrival, and you agreed to these terms at the time of signing. During the first visit, your payment was refunded due to our inability to complete the work. For the rescheduled installation, you requested to make a partial payment, which was not feasible under the terms and conditions.We value your feedback and will use this experience to make improvements that prevent similar issues in the future.
