I don't often write reviews that aren't glowing about a company because I own a business of my own and everybody can have a bad day from time to time, but they earned this one. Olsen Roofing did my roof back in 2017 on a custom home. Since that time we have had leaks in 4 different areas of the home. ALL leaks were attributed to cutting corners, poor attention to detail, and actually laying the roof incorrectly. They laid the underlayment and ice and water shield wrong. They left exposed nails without sealing them. They shot nails through the flashing on the flues.They left the drip edge short on every side of the house. I have had 2 roof repair companies come out and tell me I need an entirely new roof on a home that IS 6 YEARS OLD. I called them simply asked if they would come verify that the work they did was correct or even send over the inspection that was done at completion. *****************************, THE ****** didn't show an ounce of care or concern for our problems or that our home is being destroyed because of the poor work they had done. He refused to even send someone out to look at the roof. He was quite rude, inconsiderate, and had no accountability. He even said "6 years is pretty good for a roof!" which is wild! Both companies who came out to assess the damage and repairs said, "Call the original roofers. They will usually stand by their work especially when the problems are clearly caused by their work."Well I did and he treated me poorly and did nothing about it. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. And would work with a guy like ***** in industry. It will cost me twice as much to repair my roof and the damage their work caused than it did to have them do it in the first place. Steer clear of this company and this owner. You do not want these problems.
