            Oceanic Dive Housing Return Order Number: ****** Item Number: ******* Serial Number: *************** Reason: I can not contact anyone at the company regarding the product which is not functioning I need this to be addressed ASAP I have sent 3 emails. IF THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS I AM TAKING THIS UP WITH MY BANK. This is completely unacceptable for a company. I want a fully prepared return label for this I have tried to contact you way too many times and tried to use the online portal to submit a form way too many times. This is BEYOND unacceptable. Originally the package was delivered to the wrong address so I contacted the company, not a word of response. But eventually, it got to my front door, and it didn't work.

            Very very bad customer service. Broken scuba diving equipment. CSR A told me they'll ship a replacement in 1-2 days. did not happen. CSR B told me it'll ship in a week. On day 8, CSR C told me it's shipped today and gave me a tracking number without the carrier. I asked who is the carrier and on day 10 CSR D told me it is ***** But it is an invalid tracking number. You cannot find anything on it. **** said it's an invalid number.By day 12 (4 days after it's supposedly shipped), the tracking number still did not work, still invalid and I did not receive anything. On day 13, CSRs D and E kept telling me that was the correct tracking number. They don't listen at all. they don't know where the package is or when I'm supposed to receive it. The refuse to admit that the tracking number they gave me is invalid.
