On June 1, 2023, I have call to receive information just to buy fabric for my own company. Upon speaking with someone there on the phone, she instructed me to fill out the application online on the website and attach my tax exemption. I also answer all the basic questions that most companies asked to get started. I thought just filling in some information on-site will help so I don't have to be bothered by the small business stores that carry their fabrics. With ******* website, the first problem was your website couldn't receive the *** attachment. Second I had to print, sign, and scan it back to my computer in order to attach it to an email. Then, many emails with constant questions arrive that I feel are nonsense with questions, like when my company will open the website, how I sell my products, in person or online, and more out-of-line questions. As a CEO, I don't share how I sell my brand with other companies, that is private marketing and how I do things. I also mentioned to someone in your company that I'm updating my website service so not sure when my website will launch. I have proof by sharing all my business credentials in order to do business with ********************* Designs and they just never got back to me. In my opinion, they grab my information and probably continue doing the same with other companies as well, and never follow their words with what they mention to do. When another company asks many questions like all the emails I receive from this company, I think is a small company with a small staff with a small lack of business operation. I feel scornful abuse by all the back-and-forth emails when I very well explain everything. And all I wanted to do was start buying fabric and because of what happen, I change my mind to do business with them. I don't recommend this company at all. This company should be investigated.
