              Hired them to remodel my bathroom and regrout my kitchen floor. The bathroom remodel seems fine but I paid them to regrout my kitchen floor at the same time. In less than a month the new grout was flaking off. They did not replace the grout, they painted a thin layer of grout over the old grout. I have spent the last 4 months trying to get them to do the work they were contracted to do. They have sent several people out to "look at the work," scheduled the work to be done only to have no one show up on the scheduled day. No one ever contacts me to inform me of late arrivals or no shows. I have to reach out to them repeatedly before getting a response. I am currently trying to get a refund for the work not done. I have attached pictures of the grout, a copy of the invoice and a rough timeline based on text/emails I have copies of.
