            They do not care about their properties. I did a Rent to Own trailer home in ******** ******* ******* **** ******* ***** **. The trailer was built in 1975. The day I was to sign the lease, February 4 th 2024, I noticed spots on the hallway ceiling and Cherie said she documented it to tell maintenance to look into it. On June 20 th 2024, I happened to look up and I saw three different spots of wild mushrooms growing out of my ceiling in the hallway of my trailer. I took pictures first, made a phone call to the office and texted Sheena and Jessica in the office. It took them 8 days to get back toe and 11 days to send someone to look at it. I texted a few times of the outcome of my trailer They came back and said it's not worth them doing anything and I bought it as is...but they knew about it before signing off on paperwork! They mentioned that they could put me in a 3 bdrm for $250 more than what I was paying for mine. Or for me to not pay anymore for the trailer but pay a lot rent only. I can't live in there with mold, why would I want to do that!
