Absolutely amazing experience sending my camera here. I had a memory card issue and I sent it in for repair. It arrived on a Friday and was shipped back to me the following Tuesday. Super fast turnaround time, was not expecting that at all! Not only did they fix my issue but found multiple other issues and replaced parts in my camera. I did not pay a penny for any repairs or return shipping. They also cleaned my entire camera and updated everything to the latest firmware. Only paid about $** for shipping to Canon and everything else was 100% covered under warranty. Absolutely amazing staff here, skilled technicians. And that turnaround time was so fast! 200% recommend this service center to anyone with a Canon camera needing any service or repair done!Review from Marilyn B

I needed help connecting my printer to my new network. Your Canon support agent, Michael ********* scammed me into buying some network security software that I didn't need. He showed me all these files that were supposedly causing the problem and said I needed to buy this software to clean up my computer so I could get the printer installed on my network. He said the Norton security I had wasn't enough. All I really needed to do was walk over to the printer and enter the network password. The software cost ******* The name of it is ******* but it was sold through a company called Business ******** I believe Michael ******** is getting kickbacks from this company and that's why he was so instant in selling it to me.

This may be the result of an unauthorized third-party support site. There are many unauthorized third- party support sites available today, including some scam sites using the Canon logo and product images to falsely pose as official Canon support providers. These unauthorized sites often charge fees of up to **** to provide support for your Canon product - and if it is a scamming site, they will just take your money and run, sometimes without providing any support.
The internet is dynamic and search results can often yield misleading results. Canon Technical support information can be obtained by looking over the documentation that comes with your equipment, calling XXX-XXX-XXXX or by going direclty to our website at www.usa.canon.com.

Purchased a canonTR8520 less than two years ago. Contacted technical after waiting nearly 2 hours in getting through. Finally got to tech support on error code 6004. I told the tech I had already went through all the steps of diagnosing , that they offer on their support page. He spent less than 3 minutes on the phone with me after spending nearly 2 hours trying to reach them. Only for him to say that it is a hardware issue and that he can transfer me over to sales for a discount for a new one, only offering *** discount. This is a slap in the face, after I had told him that I just spent nearly ***** dollars for ink and paper. These people are thieves. Last product of canon I will buy, of any kindCanon Service Center Response
