Quality Moving Services moved our furniture from Williamsburg VA to Quinton Va and damaged some of our furniture. The supervisor that was on site was aware of the damages. He contacted Ms.*** while he was still at our house that he moved the furniture to (QuintonVa). Ms.*** said she will be contacting us in reference to our damages. The supervisor took the table with leaf (leg broke off),thick Curio glass (cracked )and hutch side glass (broken) with him.He left the hutch that had the other cracked glass( on the front) ,broken wood and plastic stripping damaged (inside hutch), base was damaged (wood damaged) ,Grandfather clock (broke the top of the Pedestal off), the side panel (dislodge completely) and inside strippings damaged. Quality Moving Services returned the table with no leaf but the leg was not aligned properly. They installed the side glass to the hutch but they did not secure the glass .They never returned the thick Curio glass. A few days later my husband came home and a package was on the porch (raining) which was the leaf to the table. Ms.*** the office manager was hard to communicate with will not return calls,text or emails. When ever she needed to communicate with us that is when we received phone calls or emails. She email us a form to file for damages but she did not fix all of the damages to our furniture. We tried to reach out to the owner but Ms.*** would say he knew about our damages but he never returned our calls. We completed the form and emailed it back to her.We received a email from Ms.*** stating that they were not responsible for repairing the rest of the damaged items. They moved us into our Williamsburg VA home the owner and one other worker we had a great experienced.When they moved us back to Quinton they had 4 men but the moved was depressing because they broke and or damaged our furniture and refuse to repair it.We need your help in getting our furniture repaired.
