I went to the DARCARS Honda of Fairfax at end of June **************************************************************************************************************************************** that day it would have more value. So we started looking at other vehicles, I decided to get the same model only newer. He then started telling me about the prepaid maintenance plan that Honda offers, I told him I wasn't interested. He then told me about the DARCARS Assurance plan, I told him I wasn't interested. He said that it was MANDATORY for all DARCARS vehicles. I said I don't to pay for any extra service. He said he would discount the vehicle is that it would be like a free service. He also said that he wouldn't put the prepaid maintenance plan on my contract. He then took my keys and sent me to the financial advisor, ***** ******. I spent another 2.5 hours sitting in a cold, musky room with a man who liked playing bad techno music. He made the process of unlocking my credit out to be my fault and then made it take longer than it actually did. I felt already locked into the deal because they had taken the keys to my other vehicle. Had I known that I could've left at the moment, I would have. He then asked me to resign everything electronically because the systems weren't joined, and apologized for the inconvenience. Also assured me that it was for the odometer ONLY.I finally get to leave with my new car. I get home and I find that they had left the prepaid maintenance plan on there and that there was no paperwork explain the assurance package at all. I do some research and come to find that this company is facing charges in ******** for this exact practice. I filed a complaint with the ***************************** Board and the *************************** called back and asked them to explain the assurance package to me and why I had a prepaid maintenance plan. They did neither to my satisfaction. My monthly payment cannot be changed. 0 Stars if it would let me
