I got my window repaired after a rock hit my front wind shield. Upon directed, I removed the tape the next day and it peeled off my car paint. After coming back to the shop the next day, ****** who works there, said shed have to order a touch up paint kit and after a few phone calls to the *************** she said that it would take anywhere from 2-5 weeks for it to come and shed call me if it came in sooner. After 5 weeks of waiting, I called them and they still had no eta. Tired of waiting and concerned of rust that *** occur to my car, I got a quote from another car paint company and went by the shop where the owner yelled at me and was very unprofessional about it not being their fault. As a young woman and scared, I left and had my bf send a follow up e-mail with photos of the peeled paint on my car and the quote of the estimated paint repair. The paint company recommended due to the extensive peel, the whole roof should be repainted. The owner then told me to bring the car back the following day and said he would only use his neighbor paint guy. Trying to be somewhat appreciative, I let him use his guy. The following day, I noticed paint bubbles and the window seal painted on and not sealed properly. I came back the following day and I was told to get off his property of he would have my car towed. Someone who worked at his shop even said that it wasnt right how I was being treated. I was not combative, just calmly trying to get a resolution and the job done right, especially already knowing the owner had a short temper. I turned to ****** who said, what do you want me to do about it? clearly taking her boss side and of no help. In fear, I left and felt there was absolutely no customer care. This business is terrible. The owner is wrong, threatening, and unprofessional. Theyre business should be shut down. What an ordeal I did not sign up for. Allstate business franchise should shut this shop down.
