This shop and team are simply amazing. I googled and called this store as it was the closet to me. They were willing to help me in a time of panic and close to closing. Even though they didn’t work on the specific issue I had, they still helped me the Best they could. During my issue, this shop was honest, kind, professional and reliable. Phillip is the nicest shop owner I’ve met. I was visiting from out of town. My car had been having issues my whole week while visiting. Today it wouldn’t start. When I entered the car, no lights would come on. I assumed it might be the battery or the alternator. So, I started with the battery. I was at the grocery store in a decent thunderstorm. I tried for at least a half hour to get my car to start and nothing. I googled auto places and called this store as it was the closet to me. They didn’t sell batteries but he still helped me. He directed me to a reliable shop which could help me. He sent two of his men out in the pouring rain to help me get started. As soon as they got to me, the darn car started. These men were kind, professional, reliable, efficient and helpful. I felt bad that as soon as they got there, the car wouldn’t start. Great work ethic. I tried to Tip all three wonderful workers and they wouldn’t let me. Simply amazed at the hospitality of workers in this area.
