5/11/21 - Ordered a gold Arabic Dubai wedding dress with a detachable train at $****** and was advised to pay an additional $** for additional fabric. expected date of delivery was 06/10/21 via UPS. 5/27 - I received a tracking number JCU2711487655WS that states my order 3329629723 has been shipped via JCEX. (This is supposed to be for the extra fabric which I’m not sure why there are two shipments for one dress) 6/01 - I received a tracking number JCU0158402750WS that states my order 3329613653 has been shipped via JCEX. 6/08 - I sent the seller a message to let him know the tracking numbers wern’t valid according to 17track. 6/10 - The seller asks for the order number to check the status. I provided both order numbers 6/13 - I text the number back asking about the estimate delivery date. The seller states the package is now on the way and the delay was due to the Dragon Festival holiday. (No reason as to why there were two different tracking numbers) 6/15 - I informed him that I still didn’t have a valid tracking number and it was supposed to be here by 6/10. 6/16 - seller asked if I received it yet and I replied, “No I have not”. 6/26 - I asked how do I send the dress back for a refund. 6/27 - He asked what happened to the dress 6/28 - I showed him the gold on the website and asked for a return label that DHL was requesting. The seller stated I should have selected the same as the image option. 6/29 and 7/1- Again I ask for a label and refund because I need a wedding dress. The seller informed me that I need to pay for the shipping 7/3 - seller provides the address to China, I contacted DHL and they asked for additional info that was needed from the seller. 7/9 - I paid $** to have it sent back via USPS tracking #CH138563825US, reached China 8/3/21 10:54 am. Agents at the bank kept hanging up on me, long wait times and I've never received a callback after faxing docs in July 2021 of my order and proof of return.Business response
