Recently hired him for a one bedroom, one bath, move out cleaning. I was very transparent on the expectations of the cleaning, and insisted on a bid for an accurate charge for the job. After a few scheduling problems on their side and no-shows, they finally came out but an hour late. He demanded we pay almost twice as much as the original bid and he stated he didnt know how much work had to be done even though he came out in person for a detailed bid. He originally said it would take 4 to 4 1/2 hours for two people and that is $100 per hour after five hours I made an inquiry and he said he had a few more hours to go and tried to demand that we pay him $700. We refused and only paid $500 through ****. He is very unprofessional. He left the job after he was finished instead of letting us know to come up and meet him for a sign off. A few things were missed and he brought his girlfriend/cleaning partner back to finish up the items missed. He was yelling at her. One of the times I came up to check and it was very unprofessional. He is a very angry, rude, lying unscrupulous person who should never have a job going into peoples homes. I called several cleaning companies and $500 is massively excessive for a move out clean that in their words wasnt even that bad compared to most. The cabin is not even 700 ft. big mostly these would go for about 2$50-$300 for the move out job I told him that he was overcharging me and he didnt answer me. Im actually fearful because he is so unscrupulous people should be very very weary of this person
