            Recieved invoice of work on August 02 2024. Owner collected deposit and promised me work would start right away. Since then there has been 6 reschedules and 4 no shows. owner attempted to explain he let go a fair amount of his staff and is having scheduling issues and conflict of work with other jobs. There were 2 times they showed up to start work. the 1st time the tech forgot tools and was unable to start work and rescheduled me.The 2nd attempt of showing up. THe owner showed up with his tech and promised me that day it would be completed. Shortly the owner left. I asked the tech where he went and stated he left him alone to complete the job. The tech was unable to complete half the work and would need to reschedule me again in which they no showed and never called to let me know whats going on.Due to the amount of miscommunication and lack of communication 6 reschedules and 4 no shows and 2 attempts to start work I do not believe this company has my best interest. I would like services to be suspended. A deposit was collected and I would like to go seperate ways with no further payments owed.

            Heres the revised version of your review:---Im writing this review to express my complete disappointment. Amazing job done by Best Garage Door Companyjust being sarcastic. The guy took my money and disappeared.I purchased a $15,000 door and signed a contract, paying over $7,000 as a deposit to order it. Everything seemed great until the installation day came. Instead of installation, I received a strange text saying my door was on backorder until December. It has now been 5 months since I paid the deposit specifically to order my door.*******, the CEO of the company, is literally ignoring my calls. Occasionally, I receive a text from him with a ridiculous offer to install a temporary door, but I dont trust him anymore. I dont want to end up stuck with a temporary door forever. Plus, I just spent $30,000 remodeling my garage and dont need extra holes to repair from a temporary installation. The whole situation feels like a scam.Real companies that care show up at the customers door with both a problem and a solutionor at least call their customers. They dont hide and run away. When I try to call, I cant get through. On the rare occasion I do, ******* promises to call me back in 20 minutes, but he never does.Ive been trying to get in touch with someone from the company for over three weeks now. The door was supposed to be installed three weeks ago, as per the agreement during our last meeting a month ago. Since then, no one has shown up, and they arent answering their phones. Its as if theyve disappeared.Stay far away from this company. I dont know how they got all their good reviewsprobably bought them. My experience has been nothing short of horrible. Save your money, and dont waste your time with this company. The communication is awful, and they seem to take deposits and disappear.
