Awful experience; would not buy a Hyundai from this company again. I was disappointed by the extreme length of time it took to get my car back and lack of caring from both this facility and the corporate outfit. My vehicle came back to me the first time with a problem caused by their combustion cleaning (because my car consumed way too much oil) and I was stranded on my birthday during a 600 mile road trip, i had to pay someone else to fix it just well enough to get me home. I brought it back to Hyundai and I had to wait a long time to get my car back, they said nothing was wrong and there was no resolution on the money I spent elsewhere fixing a problem they caused. There is an utter lack of accountability and communication, theyre just ignoring me now which they also did when I had my car. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. If you have to buy a Hyundai at all, at least go to Dougs because this facility will ignore you and mistreat your vehicle (such as overfilling it with oil so that oil blasts into your spark plug casings and causes an engine misfire; at this point I wonder if it was overfilled on purpose so that when I returned to have the the oil level checked it wouldnt be too low and they wouldnt have to replace my engine under warranty. I dont know but I certainly dont trust them after the way I was handled). Buyers beware.
