      Most or all of the time, call takers are positive when taking the calls & do not sound like they are being bothered with something they don't want to do. I really appreciate that!Professional majority of the time.Spanish speaking dispatch?My apt management says they do not pay you for your service. I highly doubt that. Whether yes or no, quality should always be top.I would like to see patrols through my apartments to be patrol speed not speeding through 1/3 of the complex to say you did the check; and cover the entire complex, and include the roving and fixed patrol within that check. When patrolling, windows should be down enough to hear noises that would need investigating (but obviously up enough or all the way to hear radio transmission and feel warm and safe and weather depending, I do understand). I should not hear loud music coming from the patrol vehicle; it should be low or off. Security needs to be listening while they are on patrol.When a patrolman comes to a noise complaint, I would like to not see any more of drive up to the building, stop, & drive away. Follow up call saying they responded and no answer but no one got out of vehicle. Also see where they walk up the stairwell, through the hallway, and depart immediately because they don't hear the pounding music or barks because it's on a short pause. Noise complaints involve an understanding there could be a pause in noise & the managers should be experienced to know that, and perhaps just hang out within a reasonable distance 30 seconds, a min or 2; a reasonable amount of time.Please keep improving on communication as you have been. I have seen improvement because I am a frequent caller. Please remember some people do not know you cannot respond to an ie 3 hour barking dog at 9pm because you are enforcing city code/law and not apartment policy. Tell people what you can do and why, not just what you can't do. Being calm & take the time why you can't do something and offer what you can do.
