      This is not a valid complaint. He purchased a urine kit in February and at the end of May decided he'd like to try to get some type of refund. This is a malicious and misdirected complaint as you will see via provided documentation. Please see attached conversation with the cardholder, as well as his order invoice for a Powdered Urine Kit.

      The customer used it to pass an alleged toxin test and failed for THC, he claims. The urine kit does not carry a guarantee not would it for this type of event. We asked him for documentation of his failed test as well, which he was unable/refused to provide any type of documentation.

      We offered to provide the customer with a generous (50% off) coupon to help him should he wish to re-purchase for any reason.

      This complaint is ficticious and very disingenuous. Please find attached documentation to provide proof and evidence this is not a valid complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This report is entirely false. I ordered the product in February because I anticipated a government pre employment physical. I can not control how long the government takes to test me. So that should be no reason for invalidation or a **** on my credibility. The product did not work , I'm assuming the results were inconclusive but all that happened was they called me and withdrew the job offer because of a "problem with my test" . That obviously means the product didn't work . Nobody use this company please. It's one big scam

      A coupon will not suffice. The product did not work , I'm not interested in purchasing again , and I would have no need to purchase again because the product didn't work the first time ! A refund will do. I see why test clear is struggling giving me my money back. It's because they'd have to give everyone their money back for a useless product

      I ordered a kit for my son and paid 2 day shipping. I immediately got a fraud alert flag from the company. They then emailed me telling me that they needed a picture of my drivers license and credit card to process the order or I could request their PayPal information. I am not providing pictures of those items bc they can be used to steal peoples information. I replied to the email requesting PayPal information. I never received a response. They have charged my credit card even though they said that they wouldnt bc of the fraud alert and we have received no product. I have filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company.

      This customer placed an order, and her order was flagged as potential fraud by our NoFraud Processor.  ******* was founded by eCommerce merchants who appreciate the value of every sale and the pain of every dollar lost to fraud. We work to stop fraud and help eCommerce businesses thrive by removing barriers like friction and fraud. Our goal is to make eCommerce experiences better for everyone, now and in the future.

      In any event, the customer's order was flagged as fraud. We've attached that documentation as well as the email we sent her to request verification. As per the read receipt, the customer read our email but refused to respond. She did not request a Paypal address. She did not refuse to provide documentation. She simply ignored the request as refused to communicate. That communication including read receipts are attached as well.

      Upon failing to obtain verification, ******* also sent her an email for verification which went unanswered as well, her order was cancelled/voided and refunded on May 23rd, as documented. Her credit card charge, and her credit card refund documentation are also attached.

      This is a ridiculous review that is not even close to accurate. Not sure what this customer's end game is by filing a frivolous, fabricated review on the BBB however, it's all an enormous fabricated story by this customer as very well documented above. She could have easily learned all of this information and documentation by responding to our emails to her.

      This order was cancelled and refunded as we do not ship potentially fraudulent orders without verification.

      I purchased an overpriced text kit because I needed to pass a drug test for pre employment screening. I ordered the test, it did not arrive on time, and I paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery. I asked for a refund as I did not need this anymore, I reached out and got a response claiming that all sales are final and no returns. But since the product didn't even show up when I needed it too, I would like a full refund. I will keep the product if they will not take it back. I am requesting my money back seeing as it didn't come in on time. I purchased the 3 day detox, and am supposed to start it today to get the full results. I cannot do that with the package not here, and paid extra for that to get here. So I request a refund since I cannot use this product.

      I am rejecting this response because:
        I believe your blanket policy of no returns should be a case by case basis and if I no longer am in need of the product, I should be able to send it back. I did anyway. I only match the attitude I was given and if I am given unreasonable customer service, I will respond with the same energy. I even dialed back what I originally asked for, and just now wanted the product out of my possession. I made sure of that.
      This company is clearly always on the defense, which would explain why they respond so callously to feedback, I imagine it's hard to field so many complaints. I would assume it's probably because they have very unreasonable policies. But then again, a company that takes advantage of folks in a bind and sells products that are completely overpriced and not guaranteed to do what it is marketed to do wouldn't really have the best interest of the consumer in mind. 
      I didn't want the product, I wanted to return it, I ended up doing it anyway because I have no need for it. So now they have their product back, and I won't ask for a refund since they have clearly covered their end in the fine print to be able keep the money that you wasted on their products.

      Paid for overnight shipping and they shipped it in a manner that only the shipper can make changes but they have made themselves completely unavailable to me or anyone else! When I ordered the product I did it on Friday because of their policy if you don't require a signature they will accept no liability and you will lose your product! So because I was forced to I chose the signature while voicing my concerns so come Saturday the day I paid to get the product delivered by I sat at my home all day long waiting and at night time I decided to ****** or go to ******* website I should say see when they are coming so I know if I can leave my house only to find out that supposedly they'd already been there but they left no door tag my dogs didn't bark and I've been home all day! So as of right there not a necessarily a huge deal but where my problem starts is there's absolutely nobody available with the company you cannot leave a message or send an email to anybody that's going to get answered before Monday! Most people don't pay $65 for shipping unless they really need a product and with their incredibly restrictive policies it is not fair moral and it shouldn't be legal for them to just not be available and I really just want to make sure people can read about what they can expect to deal with before they do business with this company More than anything I want people to be able to see a review see my review before they give money to this company I want people to know that they have other options cuz I didn't I don't care about necessarily getting the money back more than anything I just want people to be able to know what they can expect

      This customer placed an order, and selected/paid for ***************** on his ***** delivery. He placed his order on Feb 2/2024 with one day delivery service and signature service meaning an adult needs to be present at the delivery location to sign for and receive the delivery, as per the customer's request and paid for that service. ***** attempted to deliver to the customer on Saturday, Feb 3rd. No one was available to sign and receive the package. ***** again attempted Monday, Feb 5th. Again, no one at the shipping residence to sign for and receive the delivery. ***** attempted a final and third time on Tuesday, Feb 6th. At this point, the customer needs to make arrangements With ***** to pick up their package as ***** does not attempt delivery with no one responding indefinitely. As you can see on the customer's ***** tracking attached, he didn't contact *****, he made no arrangements and it appears he has willingly and knowingly abandoned and refused his package for reasons unknown. As well, the Terms and Conditions the customer read and agreed to prior to placing his order, as well as the Refused Packages policy as essentially, the customer refused his ***** delivery.

      I purchased the Toxin Rid 10 day detox product on June 29, 2023 for the amount of $194.95, I paid an additional $57.40 for expedited shipping, the product was received on 7/1/23 which I immediately starting taking the following day, I followed the instructions exactly, along with changing my eating habits, by 7/12/23 I took a home drug test which was positive therefore I contacted the customer service line, I was told my home test may be faulty, on 7/14/2023 I went into a drug testing facility and paid for a professional drug screening which was also positive, afterwards I contacted the customer service again to discuss the money back guarantee I was told they did not handle the money back guarantee that I would need to follow the instructions on the product for a refund, I followed the instructions on the product mailed all of the required information, and mailed it certified mail, to date I have never received a response nor a refund, this company states a guaranteed money back if the product does not work which it did not, I feel this was a complete rip off, and false advertising. I have attached a copy of my certified mail receipt, I can also provide a copy of the positive drug screening.

      Customer submitted their documentation within the 30 day time frame. Proof of purchase was submitted. Customer sent lab test showing a positive result for Marijuana, but it doesn't show at what levels they tested positive at. Per Toxin Rid refund policy, it is required to send in a lab test result showing cutoff levels of 50 ng/ml. The customer submitted all of the labels for their detox program. Guarantee has been denied due to customer not providing adequate test results. This customer did submit some documentation, however, she did not meet the criteria required for the guaranteed money back. Customer got tested, submitted a lab result but the lab result does not show any type of levels of failure which is required as per the guaranteed offer on the bottle. Documentation attached.

      TestClear.com charged my card for $114.20. I reached out to the company they sent me an email showing the package delivered to an address forty minutes away from my home. I sent the company a picture of my driver's license. No response. I sent another email. No response. I then spent hours trying to resolve the issue with my bank. This happened in March, I just want my money back. I no longer have the same debit card.

      ***************************** placed an order in March. Her order was delivered to her door, as documented by ************** Photo and ***** Proof of Delivery on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 12:27 PM. The customer refused to follow the Lost Packages policy if she did have a delivery issue. Cross reference of the delivery photo with the customer's home on ****** Earth shows the correct residence received the delivery.

      We are not sure why the customer sent her drivers license to us, that made no sense and has no bearing on the Lost Packages policy that the customer was instructed to follow and get back to us.
      Instead, the customer believed the merchant automatcially refunds her because she says she didn't receive her ***** delivery. However, ***** and the merchant have fully filled their obligation to this customer.

      Please note, the Lost Packages policy, the customer's ***** Proof of Delivery with Delivery Photo as well as the Terms and Conditions checkbox in which the customer agrees to the Lost Packages policy before she could place her order are documented in the attached documents.

      The customer did indeed place an order from our company.

      Attached is our initial contact with the customer, using a different email address than was used on the order, expressing the concern that they didn't receive the order. (initialcontact.jpg)

      The email used on the order can be traced back to the customer via whitepages.com, confirming the initial order email.

      The customer then sent us her drivers license using the same email address later, which they expressed in this BBB complaint, confirming the new email is indeed the customer. (licenseemail.jpg)

      The customer expresses a death in the family, which we responded to with empathy and compassion in a previous support response. This situation is perhaps the reason this customer is now fabricating lies in an attempt to commit friendly fraud.

      This customer unfortunately was a victim of a Lost Package.
      The merchant followed the Lost Packages policy, communicated with ***** and let the customer know ***** was working on a resolution to get her package to her.
      The merchant also filed a Lost Package claim with ***** (attached). The Lost Packages policy was followed exactly to the letter in this situation.

      The resolution was that the customer received a reshipment, which she refused and abandoned, willingly and knowingly. Her ***** Claim number initiated the day she reported her delivery was under ***** Case number: C-108118845. The resolution was ***** approved our claim and we immediately reshipped her product, as per the Lost Packages policy. Unfortunately we don't have any influence on how long those investigations take with ******

      We have attached the Lost Packages policy that ************************* read and agreed with before she placed her order. Added to that, every step of the Lost Packages policy was fulfilled exactly as policy dictates. We've also attached the ***** claim and approval received as well as the ***** tracking for the customer's Refused package.

      I am rejecting this response because:FIRST, I WAS THE ONE WHO FILED CLAIM NOT THE COMPANY! Next this claim was resolved 2 days after claim, the company did nothing to resolve with me until after I disputed charges a month later. The shipment was rejected because I never agreed to reshipment of product as per policy they should of credited the account or communicated with me vs the avoidance of resolution. This company is a scam and has 0. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THAT DEMONSTRATE a legitimate business profile their policy in itself I followed with no assistance from them and then they wish to take the credit? Not acceptable I am within my legal rights as a consumer and the company only wishes to try to falsely go outside parameters claiming I rejected my package? No I reject your poor ability to assist a customer when by no fault of mine the product was never received and Test Clear did nothing to resolve this situation in a timely manner nor did I agree to reshipment of product a month later, test clear is in the wrong and is only trying to push aside accepting responsibility. I never agreed to reshipment nor does their ignorance of their own policy and lack of communication constitute resolution in the consumers rights and opinions! Test Clear only sent a reshipment after I disputed charges with my financial institution after a month of complete avoidance to resolve as per my 15 requests made to them. To state I rejected shipment no that is a lie I never received shipment I filed the claim with ***** reached out to business over 15 times with no response from them. My overnight shipment cost and product was covered thru ***** and my account should have been credited Test Clear at that point should have reached out. I am not and did not approve this as acceptable resolution nor did I agree to any terms of a second order  Test Clear will not bully me and then revert policy back to original instance. I will continue to assert my consumer rights as law grants me at full expense of Test Clear and their 1000's of complaints filed by wronged consumers. Fraud and Test Clear go hand in hand, No policy overrides a consumers rights. I ordered a product which was never received by no fault of my own filed a claim with the shipper ******* who paid and closed claim. Unless ***************** consumer laws have changed the account is in full dispute and fraud charges will continue to be aggressively pressed at any and all expense!

      I purchased and began the 2 day detox yesterday, March 22nd. Its been 24 hours and Ive felt absolutely horrible. Contrary to what the site GUARANTEES I have been drinking a gallon of water a day and BARELY urinating - Ive gained 2 lbs in water weight. I am also extremely constipated. I was told my a Testclear agent to STOP the detox immediately and take laxatives. When I asked for a refund, they said my symptoms COULD NOT be caused by the detox and that I used half of it so I get NO refund. Ridiculous. I am outraged and all testclear did was offer me 50% off another product - seriously?! What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      This customer started a detox program, before completing one day claims she can't pee and is constipated. Since this is not a side effect of any detox program, of course we advised her to stop her detox as she has something going on outside of a detox program she barely started. We do not accept unused detox programs, however, we offered her a 50% off coupon if she wanted to use a different method to help her with her toxin test. 

      There is no refund due to this customer. As a rule, if a customer is reporting side effects not related to a detox program, we always recommend they stop or press pause on their detox until they figure out what is going on whether a flu, a bug or something else is going on before restarting the detox. Detox programs should only be taken at full health, not in a compromised health situation.

When I replied to ask about this breach in privacy, I have not gotten any more responses from Testclear and no one answers the phone there anymore. I will now be pursuing legal action due to them now going quiet and my fear that now MY INFO IS ALSO NOT SAFE

      This customer did have a merged ticket with another customer. It was an accident and she was apologized to immediately and reassured that her information is safe and secure (conversation attached)

      We have responded to this customer several times (attached files) by email/support ticket. This customer has also had phone call conversations with the office and is verbally abusive and threatening our employees. This behavior is not acceptable or tolerated.

      I am rejecting this response because If you LOOK at the screenshots, you'd see that the person you supposedly contacted that ONE time, was NOT ME but the OTHER PERSON. I emailed you SEVERAL times after, reached out by phone as well. You are going to DOUBLEDOWN on your aggressiveness and rude attitude with a follow up of Lying too. I DIDN'T reject anything! I contacted ***** directly and they sent it back themselves to you. THEN, considering the way you are, it sure looks like you turn and RESELL the same product to another customer. collecting double/triple payment, and from the looks of prior customer complaints, this is, I BET, routine.  A FULL refund IS THE MINIMUM. I, also need something IN WRITING DIRECTLY TO ME as to what you are going to do to assure that my personal info YOU HAVE is not compromised. I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ***** AND HER UNPROFESSIONAL WAY of handling customers. PERIOD.

      12.3 Refused Packages

      If a customer rejects or refuses a package without authorization and it is re-routed to our warehouse, it will be rejected by our shipping department and UPS, ***** or **** will declare the package as abandoned. In addition, if our shipping carrier assesses us with a return shipping fee for the package, you agree that you shall be liable to pay us that fee, as well as our reasonable attorneys fees, reasonable collections agency fees, costs, and disbursements in collecting it.

       

      And lastly, please see this customer's return tracking which was refused at shipping as promised in the REFUSED PACKAGES policy.

      This customer is trying to obtain a refund because a support ticket was merged incorrectly. This is illogical. The customer made a series of bad decisions which lead to bad outcomes as seen here.

      There is no reselling involved in this customer's abandoned package and her accusing a merchant of lying is also disconcerting as her fabrications are provably false as seen above in the provable documentation.

      I am rejecting this response because this company is taking ADVANTAGE and double charging by reselling product.

      Once AGAIN I will state: There were TWO issues which I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL.
      One: the package NOT BEING DELIVERED ON THE DATE ***** SAID THEY DID.
      And TWO: *****************, irresponsible negligence at recklessly sharing customer private information.

      The PRIVACY issue was why I felt I needed to come here and make a complaint formally. I have obviously struck a nerve with ***** as she is continuing with her nonsense and just copy/pasting the company policy the she clearly believes is iron clad. I am not the first person with the issue with mail and Im sure I wont be the last. 

      Of course you have and will continue to RESELL merchandise that gets sent back to you and NOT provide a refund to the customer that already paid for said merchandise.  Whats stopping you? Youre clearly refusing to give ME my money back or to even try to send me a replacement and you have both the product and the money. Not exactly right. Or fair. Or honest.

      I must add, its pretty slick the way its presented on your website to pay the extra $5 to have your package signed for to ENSURE you receive it yeah. I fell for that one too.


      I do hope taking advantage of others continues to benefit you! No need to reply again *****, you have a bunch of other customers to be awful to.

      There is nothing that will make this customer happy other than violating our own terms & conditions they agreed to prior to ordering to appeal to their aggressive bully tactics. Giving in to the terrorizing tactics of this customer is the only action they will deem "fair" and "honest", despite all the proof presented thus far; intellectually dishonest & abhorrent behavior that we will not entertain. We will continue to present the facts as we have been throughout this complaint.

      Issue 1 - This has nothing to do with our companies services. The customer chose to require a signature on their package, and additionally refused their delivery, resulting in a delay and attempted return by *****. If a customer rejects or refuses a package without authorization and  it is re-routed to our warehouse, it will be rejected by our shipping department and ********** or **** will declare the package as abandoned. There is no reselling involved in the case of unauthorized returns. See previously attached evidence.

      Issue 2 - A mistake was made that merged two tickets, we acknowledged the mistake and apologized. Nothing more can be done, and it has nothing to do with this customer's PII.

      All other claims are completely fabricated by the customer in fits of emotional instability.

      Received my toxinrid on July 6th 2022 * after speaking with my doctor * he advised me not to take it * I then returned the item on the same day it was delivered unopened. toxin rid aka ***** was super defensive from the get go * I wasn't aware of any anti return policy . Now toxin rid not only has the merchandise but as well as the $203.56 that I spent . I am requesting a refund to my account

      Hi There,

      The problem is that you didn't get our authorization to return the package.  You just did it without obtaining a RMA number.  Just because you send a package back doesn't mean that it will get to the right people.  Without a RMA number there is no way to trace it.   Prior to ordering you agreed that all sales are final but for some reason you think that the terms and conditions don't apply to you.  The documentation that you provided doesn't include anything saying your doctor did not recommend using it.  Unless you are able to provide that we can't take your complaint seriously.  Also, it appears that you committed friendly fraud by filing a chargeback with your bank.  Please note we fight friendly fraud with a vengeance.  Please provide your doctor's documentation and his reasoning for telling you that the product is not a right fit for you.
