We Hired RJ with Lone Wolf to upgrade our kitchen countertops, sinks & faucets. We signed a contract with him earlier this year. The new sinks were deeper than the exiting so it required his crew to cut into our cabinets and to replace the existing cabinet doors under the new sinks (4 total). We were replacing our tile countertops with Quartz. We ended up needing to replace our **** top as well for this project (a small crack that was superficial expanded and broke the unit during demo by his crew). The sinks, new faucets and new counter tops were all installed by mid to end of March 2022. He said he would be returning to complete the trim work, painting & to install the new **** top once it arrived. He returned to install the **** top. After installation it was discovered the main burner did not work. He said he would reach out to GE. It has been over 2 *********** has not returned and he will not respond to any attempts at communication. I even asked him for the order info for the **** top so I could reach out to GE- no response. We are now left with a **** top that does not function properly & no way to resolve it with GE because Lone wolf purchased and installed it. We will now have to hire a contractor to finish the painting and the trim work. Lone wolf was paid the entire amount of our contract 50% up front and 50% after the counter tops, sinks and faucets were all installed. We knew he had minimal work left & trusted him (we knew him from our son's soccer team), so we paid him. He was responding to our communication efforts up until early June. Since then he has ghosted us. All of his messages prior stated he was waiting for trim pieces to come in etc and would be back to finish everything. We also have a hole in one of our cabinets from plumbing work that he was to fix. I would not recommend this company for ANY project big or small. The fact that he left customers hanging & has completely ghosted them speaks volumes. STAY CLEAR!!!!
