    These people don't care about making sure you get a great outcome. . I, called them because I wanted implants, all in 4. The guy suggested a place in ******, the clinic told me a price, I asked the clinic quite a few times does that include everything, he said yes. Went there and he told me I owe him **** more, told him no he told me there was no other cost( didn't have anymore money, took a loan out for what he quoted me) . Moving forward, go back in the room to get my what I thought was going to be implants( I'm not a pro what implants are, I trusted them), get back to my hotel to fly back to my state, and I'm like why do I have a palate attached, came to my attention, these aren't **** implants,they were snap in dentures, messaged their manipulating lying manager hes like oh geesh let me see what the doctor did, tells me oh come back, we will make it right, ******* later on my credit card because I had to pay for hotel, change of rental and flight to stay in ******, go back, they gave me these yellow, no mid line teeth on top, went back, , do my 2nd implants, I'm numb so they felt fine, had to fly out in a few hours after done, get home, the bite is way off and spit bubbles is pouring out of the top of the gum line when I talk, embarrassing, 3rd time, did it, again numb, and had to catch my flight in a few hours, told the manager the bite didn't look right, teeth look a bit discolored and small on bottom, weird shaped, also told them I wanted the front gums to be higher, never fixed that,he's like no, they look great , I'm like ok, maybe it's just me being numb and picky. Now that I'm back home the bite is horrible, the teeth don't line up and yes the bottom ones are dark colored, don't even match the top. The dentist made them, not the lab to save money. emailed DentalDepartures each time, no manager called me, 3rd time, you're on your ownin different word no response 4th time, and still promoting clinic..I want all my money back !!! RUN.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I acknowledge receipt of the complaint lodged by ********************* and would like to respond as follows:Medical Departures **** is an online booking agency, which also operates the brand Dental Departures, and acts as a booking channel for medical and dental clinics around the world (similar to www.booking.com and www.expedia.com for hotels). We offer patients choices of clinics around the world where they can take advantage of significant savings on medical and dental treatments as opposed to the high cost of having the treatment done in their home countries.********************* (the patient) contacted us via our website on May 10th ********************************************************* ******. We offered her 4 different clinic options in Los Algodones, ****** and she has finally decided on *********** Dental Clinic, as the cheapest alternative. We facilitated the booking with *********** Dental and she started treatment on the 7th of February 2022.Shortly after the treatment she contacted us to complain that she was not happy with the quality of the treatment, we acknowledged her complaint and proceeded to mediate this with the clinic as is normal practice. Over the past 8 months, Medical Departures has been in contact with **************** via 35 phone calls and multiple touch points (chats/emails) to assist her to resolve her complaint with *********** Dental.We understand ******************** frustration due to the issues she has experienced and we have tried extensively to mediate the situation with the dental office, where she has returned several times. However the issues must be resolved between her and *********** Dental as we have attempted for the last 8 months to mediate this without success. *********** Dental can be contacted at the following email address ***************** and by phone at ****************

    Approx. 20 out of those 35 so called call I made was trying to talk to a manager, always told there is no manager on duty and one will call me back, never called me back and now blocked my number, very business like. To sit here and act like you guys care what I've been through with one of your clinics you promote is untrue, you still promote them to other people. After how many people have said the same thing about them getting the same thing happen to them, getting ripped off. They tell you its one material and they put a cheap one in. Its sad that you guys still promote a clinic that is stealing hard earned money from people. and that is why I won't give up. Yes, I lost all my money but I'm here to stop them from hurting other people which you guys are not. And just so everyone knows you can never talk to a manager through your company and if you keep calling back to, they BLOCK your number.
