            After two cancellations and one reschedule, ******* came Sept 9. All Green outsources their cleaning, and the invoice had a different company name. He talked us into an upgrade to a deep shampoo to obtain the guarantee. He promised all chemicals were organic, but I had an allergic reaction to whatever he used. The four chairs are extremely splotchy and look worse now than when he came. I filed a complaint at the email address they gave me on Sept 11. When I didn't hear back by Oct 2 I contacted them again, and was promised a phone call. On Oct 11 a rep promised to escalate my case. Still no one contacted me. I have records of these chats where AllGreen acknowledged this was their rep, and they would stand behind their work. Then on Nov 3 ******* simply stated "Its the 3rd of November now and we can't do anything about it". I would like to press charges with you now
