            Young man going door to door falsely representing Ameren IL asked to see our current or old bill for our gas and electric services, he claimed to be able to lower our rates, after a few questions he couldn't answer, he insisted on signing us up for a plan to lower our rates, turns out he was switching our energy supplier to a 3rd party service called Vista Energy. As we were questioning him he was inputing our account number and current phone number into there system to sign us up. He completed the sign up process without our consent *** now i believe we are now locked into a contract we have no information about and did not agree to. I have since contacted Vista Energy and have yet to hear back from them. All i want is the supposed contract to be terminated as we gave no consent to a 3rd party supplier and knowing what i know about the company,i dont want any part of it. Please reach out to me with further questions if needed. Let me be clear in stating that neither me nor my significant other signed anything im regards to changing suppliers. It was all done by ******* supposed "door to door representative". Also the company selected for said complaint or may not be right. No information was given by the guy who came to our door. He had a shirt on that had a Vista Energy logo. He claimed to be working on behalf of Ameren. I do not believe he is affiliated with Ameren IL

            I was just pressured to sign an agreement that I was not allowed to fully read. I was told in no uncertain terms that I withdraw save money on my energy bill but once the agreement was sent to me, they do not guarantee any savings. I was lied to and mislead by their door to door sales team.
