            Their services are NOT good. Asked 3 times what I owed after they came out in April. Was told the invoice will be in my email that day, each time I called. Received the invoice of $81.75 June 12, 2024.

            So sorry for the delay in your billing. Obviously we would have liked it to be sooner as well. 

            I'm not sure exactly what happened that you did not receive your bill in a timely manner and I apologize for that. We are going through an office transition and it was likely just missed. We were finally able to do an audit of billing in June and found it then.

            At that time, I did send you the invoice via email with the note, "Sprinkler start up originally completed 4-19. Missed Billing and sending on 6-12. I apologize for the error."

            Thank you for your business. 

            Also, thank you for promptly paying our much delayed bill. We appreciate that. Thank you!
