      I have ordered product from this company, I returned 90% of the product as they have a money back guarantee (which isn't the case). I have returned the product in Dec. 23 and it is now June. I have made several calls and they have lied about the partial refund that they did not send. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They charged my card close to $1000 I have received $133.90 in refund. Don't fall for the lies about their products.

      To clarify, your original order was for $441.80. Upon noticing a duplicate product and the shipping charge, our team immediately refunded you $133.90, bringing your total purchase amount to $307.90.

      Our records show that you returned 8 out of 9 bottles of the product without first contacting us to receive a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA#), which is a requirement of our return policy. As outlined in our Nutraceutical Refund Guidelines, customers must contact our customer support center to obtain an RPA# before returning any products. This step ensures that returns are processed efficiently and refunds are issued correctly.

      Once you called in April of this year, you were issued an RPA#, and your refund was processed. However, we recently discovered that the refund transaction failed due to an issue with our credit card processor.

      When you contacted us yesterday, we identified the failed transaction and immediately processed the remaining refund of $257.97 to your credit card. This amount reflects the prorated refund for the missing bottle that was not returned to us.

      I think his products stinks and he does NOT give you a year money back guarantee. I sent everything back and now they tell me its a 90 day money back guarantee. So, they gave me this darn store credit. $122.00 Which has nothing in it that I want. I ordered a few products, just to use it up. Then they called me back and said they could NOT take the shipping charge out of my credit. I do not want to pay the shipping or anything else out of pocket. I gave them $149.00 already. I bought it due to the BBB sign of approval. I am beyond disappointed. I think it's a scam. The other products they had on line were having to do with weight loss. I told them I weigh 106! And, can't afford to loose any more weight. Can you help me out with this problem. Thank you *************************

      Receiving email newsletters from this company that I never signed up for. Had never even heard of them. I have requested to unsubscribe several times, but the emails continue. Looking at their official complaints, Im not surprised. They appear to be very scammy.

      This is a TOTAL SCAM. A person is charged $50 per month for a store credit of $100 that is cancelled at the end of the month. I was charged $400 that was cancelled each month. DO NOT BUY FROM SANESOLUTIONS because this "company" does not even deserve one star - they are scam artists.**********

      Viscera-3 was a great product. One that i buy and take religiously. The last batch i bought was not really working as well. When i looked at the label i realized that the amount of tributyrin was half of the previous batch. So instead of ****mg it only contains 550 mg. Then i noticed that every bottle has 30 pills instead of the usual 45. Im very disappointed and am looking to find another product that will help me and not completely break my wallet.

      After I bought my product and received and paid for it, I was subsequently charged $50/month "automatically" for four more consecutive months even though I never ordered or received any product. After MANY attempts to have these erroneous, illegitimate, illegal(?) charges reversed and my account credited, I was NOT able to get any satisfaction. I asked for Jonathan Bailor's (CEO Sane Solutions) direct contact number and address and their service department said, "we don't have that information". This is tantamount to deceptive business practice and reflects a complete lack of regard for taking care of the customer. This is also a reflection on how Jonathan Bailor does business if this is how Sane's service department treats its customers. In my desire to do the right thing and go through the right steps to have this resolved, Sane Solutions purposely does NOT intend to satisfy their customers fully if it effects them financially in a detrimental way. DO NOT buy from Sane Solutions unless you're prepared to have any product/charge disputes you may experience left unresolved and not to your satisfaction!
