I was picking up an order. I went into the store, and as I entered the establishment, I tripped over their wadded up rug. The owner and the employee both just stared at me, offering no support. They were both in the back and refused To come up to the counter acknowledge there was a customer. I waited for the order for around 10-minutes, and I kept asking them to acknowledge there was an order. There was nobody in that restaurant. They both kept staring at me, and the cook was glaring. After I waited for about another five minutes without being acknowledged, and the cook glaring at me, I told them you need to control your attitude and give me the food. The owner came around the corner, cursing at me to get the f*** out of his restaurant and that hes the owner and I will never be allowed back. I dont care if Im allowed back the food is gross here anyways, but I wanted to make sure that the customer got their food. The owner chased me out the door and was screaming at me all the way to my car. He then told me that it was my fault I tripped, and I should be looking down. I highly recommend you go to a different restaurant, rosauers has better chicken than them. I plan on calling the city and letting them know that theyre in violation by having Trip hazards. When I asked for corporate number, h the owner screamed Im the owner youre not gonna get anybody but me. Trust me, this location is trash and a level one compared to the ******* in *******.
