            Paid for a 10 year VIP membership with ducks Tigers air duck heating and cooling filtration system. Invoice number 4333 service included annual filter service, furnace service, dryer vent cleaning, sanitize for dark systems, Electrostatic filter and UVC filter system on 04-08- 2019 tech was Joe have not received any service. Have tried phone number 1-844-377-7472 have tried to make contact cannot find any information of company on Internet address was 6715 N. E. 63rd St. suite number 103–202 Vancouver, WA 98661.

            I signed up for an Annual VIP Service on a 10-year contract in March 2016. My original invoice totaled $1557. They performed a prepaid service once in May 2018. After that I tried multiple times to contact them for our prepaid annual services. At first, they would not answer my calls. Now their phone is no longer in service. I haven't been able to find any information to contact the company.When I purchased the 10-year service contract, they seemed like a legitimate company. The only reason we agreed to the 10-year contract is because it would save money in the long run. I really wish there was a way to get the service we paid for, or get our money returned. We are Senior Citizens on a very low fixed income. I don't understand why some people think it's okay to scam others out of their money.
