I took my **** Edge to Victory Lane on Dec 5, 2023 after an accident nearby. They told me it would be unscheduled but they would work it in. As of today the, haven't even started on it. They have lied to ******** insurance agent stating in February the work was started & going to paint the following week. My husband went down & the car hadn't been touched. They have already been paid. Am afraid they are going to continue pushing us off. I've asked them a number of times to schedule it if it's unscheduled as they claim. They refuse & say that would be more of a delay. Do I need to hire a lawyer? I believe 3 months is more than ample time to get my car repaired. Our insurance agent, Progressive says the, can't do anything. Could you assist in some fashion? Thank you, ************************* Dear ******************; I am sorry to hear about your accident. The estimated completion date that your vehicle will be ready for pickup on Friday, December 29th. However, please note that once the work has started, additional damage may be uncovered or unanticipated delays may occur. Victory Lane totaled my car as of Friday. Took over 3 months! I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 70 years. I find it very interesting that they decided to total my car after I contacted you folks & asked if I needed to hire a lawyer. Wow!
