They deserve a -0 score of review. I did all my trainings according to plan, when told to wait for management to get ahold of me for shadowing I was never called back and I reached out to many district managers and HR and local office. And still nothing I was feeling very discouraged and confused as to why I felt ignored and what the hold up was cause I had been approved and everything was cleared and up to date. Then when I heard back from another house manager that was just as confused as I was as to why nobody reached out they seemed pretty embarrassed after that which im sorry but should be in that circumstance. I went upon trying to schedule for shadowing and building a schedule and they house manager was very dense and didn't have a good attitude with me at all. Very misleading and disrespectful. Then suddenly got a call back from hiring manager in Madison saying 1 out of 4 professional references given just one didn't get back to her and I have never in my life had a issue with jobs nor references. It felt like a cover-up for how the treated me and didn't want to move forward with employment at that so they never got back to me after numerous attempts to hear answers. I was very disappointed by this behavior and I wasted alot of time and was so willing to work. I have nothing good to say about this company and how they run there business cause this was completely uncalled for and distasteful.
