      The 200 Bulbs received are not what I ordered. They are not single 15/16 bulbs but rather much smaller with other small bulbs attached. These are for a memorial service event in December. Contacted customer service and they say these bulbs are viable so they will not ship what I ordered. What a shame, these are people who have buried a child. Subpar bulbs that will only have small leaves, if anything at all and will only make a sad situation more depressing. What happened to caring, doing whats right and descent customer service. I have sent emails and called. I am currently on a waiting list for a supervisor to call me back eventually. We do this event every year. I will not be using Tulip World again. I have never had such awful bulbs or bad experience in the 28 years I have been doing this event.

      Hello,Thank you for reaching out to **. I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the condition of the bulbs. After reviewing the images you provided to us, many of them are already naturalizing and growing more bulbs which does mean they are very viable and already reproducing. Many of the bulbs also have small sprouts already started which is another indication they are viable. Measuring bulbs is by the circumference and the bulbs in the images do appear to be correct although a measuring device isn't shown in the images for any kind of reference. Again, I do apologize you are not satisfied but all the images provided do show very healthy, sprouting and reproducing bulbs and we do recommend planting. We do have a 100% Grow Guarantee and do encourage to send images if there are any concerns with the bulbs upon arrival. We have trained horticulturists on our team that do review the images and provide the best possible solution. Since these are in such great condition, we didn't feel there was any need for a solution and did advise you to plant.

      More than a month after I spent hundreds on their bulbs, they should've shipped already. Despite the dates listed on their site, the company still can't tell me when to expect them since those dates have already passed. They say that they're really busy and will send the order when they can. It sounds like they're in over their head and can't keep up. This is a poorly run company that doesn't answer the phone. I wish I had ordered from a more reputable business.

      Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry you are not happy with your experience. We do have our shipping schedule provided on our website at all times and also provide a link in your confirmation email. As stated on our site, we BEGIN shipping our Fall preorders in mid to late September. We also state that we ship out in the order they were placed and we also prioritize colder climates first. We did begin our preorder sale in early March so orders placed then do take priority. You placed your order in early September so there were several months worth of orders to ship prior to yours. You are also in zone 8 which is one of the warmest climates we ship to. We do ship out cold climates first since they have the appropriate temperatures for planting earlier in the season. We do not recommend planting until temperatures are consistently below 50-60 degrees. In your warmer climate, these temperatures are not reached until later in the season which is why we ship later. We do our best to ship during a timeframe that is appropriate to when we recommend planting for the best rate of success. I do apologize if you were expected the bulbs sooner. We are certainly not over our heads, we ship when it's appropriate to plant in each zone. For future reference, if you are interested in receiving your bulbs sooner, you can place your order sooner during our preorder sale and request ASAP shipping as stated on our shipping page. Your order can then ship out sooner but please note, if it is still above 60 degrees when the order arrives, we cannot be held liable if the items fail to grow.

      I've had very good luck with the Lily's and other bulbs I purchased earlier in the year. I had too stake all of the Lily's because they had several if not 4-5 blossoms and were top heavy. A couple bulbs were mismarked by the vendor but any problem was remedied in a timely manner. All the bulbs I purchased are naturalizing and should be more impressive each year.

      I am delighted with Tulip World; I have been ordering from them for several years and recommending them to my gardening friends. I love the variety of bulbs they offer. And I especially appreciate that they mail me my choices at exactly the right time for planting. Occasionally if I get the wrong item, they quickly mail me a replacement with the right item. I've found that their shipping fees are more reasonable than some other plant companies. And the photographs on the website are true to nature so that the buyer knows exactly what he's getting.

      I am very pleased with Tulip World. I have received a beautiful array of plants that produced beautiful foliage and flowers such as dwarf canna lily mix, dahlias, tall canna lily mix, asiatic lilies, and oriental lilies. The site full of plants that I cannot find locally and I found it easy to navigate. The costumer service is great. They helped resolve an issue that I had with a bulb. All I had to do was send them a picture and they sent out a replacement at no charge.

      I placed 3 different orders with this company. 2 orders for bulbs, 1 for plant materials. Of the 2 bulb orders, both arrived with dried or shriveled bulbs. I planted them anyway. Each of the bulb orders contained 3 bulbs. One order was for an Asiatic hybrid bulb variety, none of those ever came up. The second 3 bulb order was for Casablanca lily bulbs. I was able to get 2 of the bulbs to grow but not the 3rd. I ordered Astrantia root materials in the number of 3 pieces as well,, none ever emerged. I contacted the company well after the period of time that I should have been seeing emergence and growth. The person who replied, told me that I needed to allow them time to grow. I told this person that I had owned greenhouses previously and had given them a long window to emerge before contacting the business. I asked if they were using culled materials from other businesses and selling them as quality materials and he said that they were not. He said that they could only offer replacements if the length of time for them to grow had passed. I told him I wanted no replacements, but would not be placing any future oders with them. This company should not be allowed to advertise as a business offering quality products, because that is not the case IMO and should be considered false advertising. This "company" needs to be investigated, as it is defrauding its customers IMO. I owned a greenhouse business previously and reputation is everything.

      Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory experience with our company. We do state in our Grow Guarantee on our website and also on the back of all packing slips included in every shipment that if there are any concerns with the condition of the items, our company needs to be notified and emailed images within 5 business days of receiving. Since we do ship out live, viable plant material, after the 5 days, any damage could have been caused from incorrect storing or other damage that could have occurred after the items arrived. If the items are still deemed in good enough condition to plant, we do then ask that you allow proper time to grow, most items being 6-8 weeks since they are sold as roots/bulbs and need time to become established. If they are planted and fail to grow, the failure may have been caused by environmental factors or incorrect planting techniques, both out of our control which is why we do not offer refunds. We also do not offer replacements. If an item failed once, it may not be suitable for the particular climate it is being grown in. Our Grow Guarantee does state we offer merchandise or store credits only for items that failed to grow. This way our customers can choose to try the same item again or something that may be more suited to the planting environment. I do apologize you are unhappy with the policies but we do have them clearly stated at any time during the ordering process and also after the items arrive. For future reference, if you do have any concerns with the items condition upon arrival, we ask you send the images right away as our policy states and before they are planted. Once they are planted, we do not have the proof they arrived in poor condition and therefore treat the items as failure to grow which we only issue merchandise credits for. We ask you familiarize yourself with our Grow Guarantee prior to your next purchase so our team can better assist you during the proper timeline we require.

      I really like shopping at tulip world. They are really helpful with any problems after the sale. I had a issue with a purchase they fixed the issue the next day. Shipping was quick so i had my purchase in time for planting. Definitely will shop here first for sure.

      I have placed many orders through Tulip World. Some bare root plants arrive in good condition. Some arrive rotten. Some of the plants grow beautifully, others don't grow at all. They do stand by their 100% grow guarantee, and I have received store credit or refunds for the items that did not grow. I have also received replacement bare root plants for those that arrived rotten.
