The problem our townhouse complex has with always towing is that they are always towing illegally. Three years ago Berrada properties related our parking lot which resulted in every units spaces being reassigned and eliminated by one in which, since the 10yrs I have lived here we have had assigned parking spaces and NOT once in those 10yrs has ANYONE vehicles has been towed for parking in a space that wasn't assigned to them. Last year I even called Always towing and informed them someone was parked in one of my spaces and I had nowhere to park, always towing informed me then that they wouldn't be able to tow the vehicle because it has a designated sticker to be parked in this lot and that I just had to find some where else to park. I also have been contacting Berrada Properties often regarding this issue and never received an response. I was I forming them that Everynight I get home from work there's this car parked in my spot and that they would take care of it, a few months ago I got rid of my other vehicle and pleaded with them to switch the spot(#40) that I was paying for to my regular spot #8 since I still have this on going issue. Now always towing has towed Several units vehicle's stating that they are parked in the incorrect spaces in which everyone has been parking in the same spots for over a year and always towing has came out numerous times and towed vehicle's within this time frame but NEVER for this reason. Also the fact of over charging renters because they want to tow more vehicle's at once, so who ever vehicle is put on the flatbed get charged 100$ more than the car they are towing on the same truck and saying that they had to use special equipment is the reason which I know is a lie because of how often the use to tow my other vehicle and NO special equipment was never needed it was just who vehicle got picked up first and that's not fair in pricing. Always towing is illegally towing and over charging.  ******************

Token advantage according to ********* law and under the county ordinance, for expired tags. But I found information on 341.65(1)(ar).on parking enforcer law.With picture of sign stating that unauthorized vehicles will only be towed, and the posted sign was obstructed with coverings. under 704.90(1)(f) My lease don't got always towing info.Brooklane management, under Horizon Property, is a new change property owner.I never received a notice of switch programs and management due to no mail box (due to mail box abnormalities, never received key) #3rd is*** and violation was overcharged Trans 319.03(D) $150 for a vehicle removed using a flatbed, hook and chain, wheel-lift boom, or any other method.Under 349.13 (3m) (dm) states under sub(1) and sub(2) of not overcharging on fees.Authority to immobilize, remove, impound, and dispose of motor vehicles (exempt from expired tags) ***** at always towing replied take matter up with my prop. managt. Managt blocked my my email(have all emails) . One of my 10Complaints got replied to, I'm going on weeks now, but no reply from always towing. ********* at Horizon wasn't trying to hear anything under any circumstances via email. asked for horizon supervisor for mediation, told by ********* ( I am supervisor). The lady reserve any information and wouldn't answer about is it right or wrong questions. Pain meds was in car at impound from a recent foot injury, In rehab, Always towing didnt allowed me to get medication. Im on live video, tow ppl in background again, no medication til payment.********* ignored questions to have a civil conversation, assume threats to *** her, opposite on what district 3 explain. These are business affairs with individuals involved. Got car back, new clicking noise, & check engine light on and car shuttering.I have video and auto paperwork before is***. Got scans etc sent via email, but A.T never replied Reached out 2 the county municipal & called the towing association in Mad..

*************. Was spoken to several times and got emails responses from Always Towing. We are contracted to patrol the lot for parking violations per the management company. ************* received several notices from his property management company which is located on site where he lives 5 days a week. Notices about towing have been going out to the tenants from management since March 2023 per management and we did not start patrolling til July 1st of this year. Multiple signs are posted on the property. We have explained this several times so here is another response to ************* getting his vehicle towed. ************* is now claiming damages that he admitted on a recorded call that the vehicle was already having issues and he was waiting to get issues fixed prior to towing. This company is towing vehicles illegally even with proper sticker and proper plates all up to date I will be contacted the news people and the police station also. Someone needs to investigate on these people asap they already were here months agai and now they are back in the same spot I cant deal with this anymore how long is this scam gonna go in for

They need to go outta business they towed my car even though I had a sticker in the window and was in my parking lot in my spot they said because my plates was expired that’s why they towed it like somebody got all that *** money to pay and berrada don’t care they probably get a cut ???????

I am a current tent from Berrada Properties, LLC. They had my car towed based off the fact that it did not have a sticker that said Berrada properties on it. 2am March 19,2022 my car was taking on 37th and wells to Always “********” Towing. Where I had to retrieve my vehicle that morning at 9am and pay the ** ridiculous amount of $348.19. It’s **** right highway robbery. They had my for less than 12 hours. And I have to pay that **** ridiculous *** price of damn near 400$. Praying on the ones that have to live paycheck to paycheck. I will also in the near future contact a lawyer to see if have a case against these illegal acts.
