Don't be fooled by this place. I had a appointment set up for June 14th, 2024 to have my new bumper install at which I told the parts department to go ahead and order it. ($450 my cost) When I arrived on June 14th 2024 at 1pm and assisted that I wanted to inspect it first before installing it, I got the run around from the service department about installing it that day. Not only did I lose a 2.5 hours of work, it turns out that I ended up sitting there for 4 hours for them to tell me that were not going to be able to get this done today. So I had asked them if I could take it home, and install it myself. (which it would've then me about an hour and half to do myself) Turns out there was a lack of communication on their end between all the departments how this was going to get this done and how much they were going to charge me. Turns out that I ended going in on the 15th at 8am and was out by 8:55am and was billed for 2 hours of installation and not to mention they marked up the bumper from the actual cost. Then I decided to give it a ****** review. Then on August 26th, 2024 I was contacted by the general manager and told him my side of the story, and he assisted he would investigate this and get back to me before he goes home. I heard nothing from him. 3 days later, still no word. Then I decided to reach out to him and ask him if he had any chance to follow up on this and he stated, "I will get right on this and call you before I leave today."Now its Sept. 22nd, 2024. Still no word. The problem with these dealerships, when you have all these employees and there is this issue of lack of communication, its us consumers who get screwed. Smaller businesses need our help, not these bigger ones.
