I ordered a double front door in April 2023. It arrived in August. It began to sag. Phone calls to the company go unanswered and voice messages ignored. The week before Thanksgiving, the dealer came out and fixed the sag with a screwdriver. The sag returned immediately. The day before Thanksgiving, a part fell off the door. Again, calls are ignored. I had a legal aide send a complaint letter, which the dealer ignored. An anonymous caller stated that my doors are out of warranty. She asked me to send a photo of the fallen part to ******************************************************************************** I received no more contact with the dealer. I contacted ** Attorney General *******************, who has a special anti-fraud division for the elderly. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased windows on 2/28/23 and finalized payment and had installation around 4/21/23. they were guaranteed to be high quality for product and installation for not only the life of my homeownership but the warranty was transferable to the next owner. since it starting getting cold this winter my windows have been getting condensation and some of them are freezing shut in the very cold weather. I have been unable to contact anyone from the company and no one will return my calls.Initial Complaint

i signed for them do roof windows and siding they did the roof and windows with no problem they started the siding in dec of ****************************************** sign the final loan paper because its been over a year i had to hire an electrician last dec because the siding crew knocked the service off the side of my house i found out on dec 11 2023 that they still have not paid him had i known that i would never have signed off he told me the couple things would be covered under warranty they have not come back yet and that was 3 months ago i would like them to finish and pay my elelctrician like they said they would the electrician said the blocked his emails try to call and get no answer leave a message and they dont get back to me last date i called was dec 12 2023Initial Complaint

We hired Replacement Window Center of ******** to replace 4 doors and a bay window. After the installers removed our window (where the bay window was to be installed), they discovered that the main glass panel on the new bay window was cracked. The owner came out to inspect it and told the installers to install it the way it was and he told us that he would order a new one right away and in about a month they would come and replace the broken glass. This installation of the broken window took place on September 14, 2023. After not hearing anything from them for quite some time, we called and left messages on November 15th, November 20th, and December 4th without a response. Then did some more checking and found out that they are out of business. I called the *** store in ******* and the national headquarters in ******** on December 8th and left voicemails with both but have not had any response yet. Right now we are stuck with a large broken window that was supposed to be replaced under warranty. We also had some other complaints about the installation, but the broken window is the biggest issue.Initial Complaint

We started a big project for roofing, windows and siding back in March of 2022 and the work is still unfinish. The roof is buckling, step flashing not done, the windows aren't sill good, and the siding is missing panel with a lot of cracks and broken framework. All the insulation and wood panels have been ripped out. One side of the house that has a old wall mount air condition was supposed to be taken down, sill and side over but still not done. It has been excuses after excuses to get the material and workers scheduled to come out but NO SHOW, NO CALL. A lot of property damage to landscape and deck, missing light fixtures and outlets. We have sent multiple email, calls, voicemail to the reception personnel, *** the project manager and TJ the owner and no reply, no follow through. We have experienced the most unethical and unprofessional behavior trying to deal with this unfinish matter.Initial Complaint

We contracted this business when it was under another name for siding and window replacement in 2020. Replacement Window Center holds the warranty for our job. We have had problems with this particular piece, located on the back of our garage, several times. After numerous phone calls, they did come out to repair it by simply nailing it in place. Unfortunately, the piece has stretched out from the wind and elements and will not go back into position properly. We have supplied extra pieces for it to be changed out, but it was not done. We have talked to people, left messages, promises were made to come and fix this, but we have yet to see anyone come out do a proper job. We have had our calls screened and blocked. My husband and I both visited the showroom on separate occasions. When I was there, the secretary called the owner, *****************, and he told her to lock the doors and turn off the lights so that it would appear that the business was closed. She then informed the owner that the customer was already in the showroom. Even after that incident, I have called and left messages and nothing has been done. As of right now, I would not recommend this business to anyone.Initial Complaint

Our windows were installed on 4-13-23. Eight of the casings were to have grids installed in them. The installer told us that they would just reorder those eight windows and have them in a couple of weeks! The installers name ****, wrote in the comments section 'living and family room windows need to have grids'. After a lot of excuses, the classic run around, many many unanswered phone calls and no response to many voicemails we still do not have the grids we paid for over 6 months ago!Initial Complaint

At the end of August we signed a contract for a metal roof and gave a $10,000 deposit. We were told it would be about two months to get the material. I found out today that the company has gone out of business and the owner is being investigated. I want our money refunded.Initial Complaint

July 25 2023 I had a gentleman come to give quote on a window replacement. Wrote a check for half the price it would cost and signed the contract. Says 8 to 12 weeks for the window and someone would call. Now that 3 months has came and have been calling for 3 weeks now no one answers or calls back to give me a update. Today October 24 2023 drove by the address stated on ****** maps and it appears to be empty.Initial Complaint

Contract agreed upon, 8/2021. Windows installed 5/2022. Complaint filed 6/2022. Company changed names, received updated warranty showing new company showing warranty transferred. Work by ***, came out and addressed part of the issues, however windows were still faulty. Another complaint filed, zero responses from Company. Filed a complaint with the finance company, then the Window company reached out on 1/2023 (****). *** from Replacement Window Center, came out verified several windows are faulty and they would order new windows. Have been reaching back out several times since January 2023 to find out when our issues will be resolved. We have called, left messages each time. We have sent e-mails to 3 known contacts at this company. Even reached out to *** who was the individual prior to *** doing the work to see if he could help us, but advised he no longer works for the company. We managed to get through 1 time when we called from someone else's phone which the office manager replied they have received no messages (I have documentation) and that TJ would call us directly to address. Never happened. I have spent over 23K in faulty windows and doors and want these fixed. Thank you
