      We had our windows replaced in February of 2023. On installation one window was broken. We were told by the installers they would notify the business office. After waiting several months, still no follow up. One window was leaking water from the top. The repairman said he would notify **** about the damaged window. Still no response. I've left at least 5 messages. I did get a message this morning. The excuse was they were trying to get the window. And would call the manufacturer again. We suggested they give us the money back on that window, and we would have it replaced ourselves. It's been 6 months now. I don't see why it couldn't have been replaced by now.

      Replacement sashes have been ordered.  She should be in our warehouse in next couple of weeks.  Once they arrive.  We will contact customer immediately and schedule the repairs.

      Hello, In February 2023 I had new windows installed. One of my windows cracked. I contacted the company, a worker came out to look and get info. I haven't seen my replacement or heard from them. I have called many many times, emailed several times and they don't answer. A couple weeks ago I looked them up again on BBB and your website now said this co. Is no longer BBB affiliated. Now today they are back on your website with an A rating. Could you please let me know if this company is still operating? Is there any way I can contact them? Thank you for any help.

       This answer is not acceptable, I don't need a screen replaced. I need a window. And it's been since march! Cold weather is coming. This company has been full of excuses and no problem solving.]

      In February 2022 we ordered 4 windows and new siding for our daughter's house in ********. Final payment was made in June although the project continued over the summer. We were very pleased with the final product, gave them a very good online review.This past May, warping of the siding on the north side of the house was discovered. As this was under warranty, I contacted RWC about what is the next step in correcting the warping, sending photos via email on 5/22. A follow-up call on 6/1 resulted in the ******* hoping to view the siding in the next 2 wks and get back to me. I never heard from him again.Due to a trip, I did not contact RWC until 6/19, with 2 more calls on 6/20, another on 6/22. One call did result in a promise that the owner would view the problem and get back to me by the end of the week. I never heard him either. Additional calls were made 6/26, 6/30 and two calls on 7/5. Other than ****, who returns my calls, nobody has called or shown any interest about resolving the problem.While outdoor work is dependent on weather, supplies, and labor, RWC has not even made an effort to contact me about the siding issue.

      The project is not being completed today. I still have some products on order and they sloppily put the siding up. I am still not happy with the products or their work. I'm not entirely sure how long this will take.

      We finally got the siding, windows and front door installed. It did take some time and two different manufacturers for the siding to be installed. There was also an issue with the products that were brought to the house prior to the siding project being completed. The siding came without the insulation backing on the product. We did need to contact ** and the project manager or installation manager for all sides siding to get that material brought to our home. However, there was another issue with them not being willing to move the products. It took them almost 2 weeks to move the products over so our driveway could be utilized.

      It took us multiple phone conversations with both ** and the installation manager at all sides to get the products installed on the house in a manner that we found it to be sufficient.

      During that project we had our front door being installed. The front door looks great and we absolutely love the front door. However, the deadbolt that was installed on the front door is not the deadbolt keypad that we purchased for that door. ** was here during installation and that was brought to his attention. However, it took multiple days for him to approve of ordering the correct deadbolt lock that had the Wi-Fi keypad enabled on that deadbolt part. There is still no information on when that product will be ordered or delivered to our home. There is also a window and another door on order through this company. They have stated that it was on order however I have no information on when that order was placed and I have no information on when those products will be delivered and installed. There is again lack of communication with tj at replacement window centers to confirm if any of these products were purchased or when they will be ready to be installed.

      ** bribed us to take down all negative reviews and to tell you that he "took care of us". I reached out to you after he asked me to after confirming that he will make sure the products are ordered, a no payment addendum was emailed to me and now there is no information about any of the next jobs he is trying to state he is doing.

      July, 2021, we met **** from Ecoview Windows to discuss replacing some windows. We contracted with Ecoview to replace 5 double-hung windows and our bay window, and contracted with Green *** to finance the project at $13,799. There was a lengthy COVID supply chain delay. Our financing 6-month time frame ran out without the project being started, so I reapplied, taking another hard inquiry hit on my credit. We were notified that the windows were ready by staff from Replacement Window Center (***). No one explained the company name change until I asked ***********************, the *** Sales Mgr. He explained via email that *** had taken over our contract and our warranty. When the windows were installed, they were not installed as we ordered: the trim was different, the bay window was left raw, and the windows were supposed to be taken down to the studs and replaced, but were not. A manager, *******************, returned to fix some parts of the project and *** had the bay window painted. Because the project was not done as promised, we received a $700 discount. The altered project was completed 9/12/22, though we have a torn screen. *** said that would be fixed, which has not been done. I was recently in touch with WRC to request that they do this. All of our contacts are gone (****, ***, ***************** **** said she has no record of our project as her "computer was wiped clean", & our warranty would not be honored. We don't know what the warranty entails, and do not have a final invoice of the work. I have left voice mails, wrote an email requesting information from Mgmt, & spoke to **** (5/5/23) who said, "No one will be calling back. They have nothing to tell you. You need to talk to the corporate office (Ecoview)." Ecoview has informed me that they do not have any information about our project, since the installation was done by ***. I talked with ***** Windows and learned about the window model. We are very disappointed in general and feel that we have been duped by ***.

      Regarding what it is that I want from RWC, as I indicated,

      1) I would like them to provide an invoice or whatever record is normal for the work done in replacing 6 of our windows.

      2) I would like to have the screen that was installed with a tear to be replaced, since it was not in "new" condition, as a customer should expect. We were promised that this would occur by *******

      3) As part of the project paperwork, we need to have information in writing regarding the warrantee that we have on our windows. The promise of the warrantee was one of the main reasons we selected Ecoview, which was then turned over to RWC.

      I placed an order in April 2022 for a large order consisting of 11 windows and double doors. I was told it would be ready to install by June or July. I called around that time and they said it would not be ready for another 6-8 weeks. In October 2022 the wrong size windows showed up and no doors. I was then told I would be put at the top of the production list which was a lie because it is now February 2023 and still nothing. I was now told it will be another 6-8 weeks out which will make it a year! Not sure if that is also going to be a lie also. I would recommend to anyone to find a company to go through who doesn't buy from ************************ or ***** Windows so this doesn't happen to them as I have been told I am not alone in this situation. Losing money every day because of this since it is for a house I'm flipping/renting out and can't move on with the project until I get the new windows and doors. Losing thousands of dollars over the last year.

      The contractor used to do business as Ecoview Windows and has since changed their name to Replacement Window ************************************************ I purchased new windows and siding for my home in August of 2021, was told **** weeks for installation. The project did not start until January of 2022. Within days of completion of the project I contacted them to let them know the windows are leaking air - some of the sashes on the windows are not flush with the frame of the window. One of the windows was damaged upon installation. When I brought these issues to their attention I was told they would let the project manager know. I was also told at that time that is how windows are supposed to be. I called them again about the issues and was told someone would be back to take a look. No one called or came. I called again in the spring because the siding is falling off the house. They repaired the siding by putting a nail through the middle of one of the pieces. I called again because all of the windows installed are bowing at the bottom. No one responded. In July they called to bring me the new sash for the window that was damaged. The new sash they brought was crooked and looked worse than the damaged window. I showed the person that brought the sash that the windows were bowing, he took pictures. Again they said they would have someone call me. No one contacted me. I decided to go to the business and found out they had moved. I called Ecoview directly to find out that not only had they moved, they also changed their name. When I contacted them at their new number I spoke with their Director of Operations ***. I explained the issues to him, he came to my home and saw that the siding is falling off on all sides of the house as well as the bowing windows. He said he would create a report and get back to me within a week, and that he would be the one to complete the work, that was over a month ago. I have called twice and have not received any response from them.

      On the first week of July, a salesperson for replacement window center marketed their walk in shower and proceeded in completing a loan application, which was approved and had me make a deposit $*****. He committed to having it completed no longer than approx. ***** weeks.I was not contacted with any updates, so I emailed them in September. At that time I was told parts were done and remodeling would begin shortly.The entire month of October came around and yet, nothing in form of communication or remodeling. At this time I started receiving bills for the loan I had taken out for the remodeling of the bathroom. They have failed to communicate in a truthful manner and just kept pushing the date further out.Based on the date I was provided with at the initial process, I agreed to do business with them. I had plans to convert my house as a Airbnb and the bathroom in it's condition, did not pass inspection.Had I known they were not going to meet their responsibility, I would have gone with another company to ensure my bathroom ready for the City's inspection.I emailed the company on today's date of 11/30/22, asking for my full refund and shared that I would be filing a complaint with BBB. Shortly after I receive a call that my parts will be in tomorrow or Friday. At this time after 4 months, I requesting a refund for my deposit of *****.

      The first installation crew did a very poor job. The front door is leaking air terribly. You can see light coming in the house from the bottom edge or underneath the front door. They damaged our gutter/ downspout as well. They did not finish the window install finishing touches and craftsman is very poor. The trim is misaligned around the front door as well. The bathroom window does not open and close with ease. *** the director has been contacted several times and images provided. He keeps saying they will fix it and no one has contacted me to do so.

      I have heard from the company. 
      They have repaired the threshold and air gap.  They have filled the plug holes.
      Im still waiting for them to fix the front door kick plate as seen in the attached photo. 
      I have to contact them repeatedly to get on the schedule and for repairs to confinue.
