After semi-Pressure to buy as soon as possible because of covid (understandably). we agreed. Fine, service dept lied to me about warranty claims being filled with factory and are demanding for me to leave the deadbolt unlocked so they can come on there on free will. we are going on the second year and until middle of this past summer of 2022 finally submitted a warranty claim (I know this because we have been in touch with the warranty parsons at Fat heads where she told me no warranty has been submitted to her. And the factory also told me no warranty has been submitted) Eric in Service told me he has no control on how long it takes. It's going on year 2 they have the part but refuse to meet me at the trailer to fix the problem. I refuse to leave deadbolt unlocked knowing that the reg lock. can be opened with a key from thousands of other trailers. I live 4 hrs. away. And beside they have not done anything in cooperation. now they are telling me that I cancelled the last appointment so they are reluctant to set up a time when I can meet them. all I wanted done is my celling fan fixed the bubbles on my floor fixed. They tell me they have the fan and would be discussing at the time how the floor will be taken care of. And now they have been bought out by Kunes. But I guess the manager of the store Jr. is probably directing them on what to do. very very unsatisfactory customer service, I guess covid got that to. My trailer is a park model 39 ft, and I don't have a truck big enough and requires unhooking sewer water and Eletric. we also paid for an extended warranty. Witch should not matter seems how these should have been covered under Factory warranty. I don't trust them to get done what needs to get done because they have not done anything for me to trust them. All the way from not completely setting up after I paid them$600.By the way the app. was canceled because they scheduled it without my approval. And could not get out of work to be there
