      On May 31. 2024 I placed an order for a ********** ********* Mascot Statute. My ******** card was charged and the item paid for. Sent numerous emails as to status of my order. None, to date, have been answered. Only way to contact company is at *********************. Order was for a Birthday present for my son-in-law, whose Birthday was June 24. It has been almost 2 months since this order was placed. All I want now is for my ******** card to be refunded the amount of $48.15. I have never dealt with a company that refuses to answer emails and respond as to the status of my order. Obviously, they have no intention of sending me my order.

      I ordered two license plate frames, coming to $60.98. I was told I would receive an email when items were shipped. No email ever came. The order was placed on April 13. Order number 70011. I was told 2 weeks for shipment. I haven't gotten the items. I have emailed the company 3 times, no response. I tried the tracking app they suggested; it does not work. Since my order I have looked the company up online and I have read so many complaints about the same issues I have, if you call the phone number given the people that answer are rude & will not address online orders. At this point I know I will not get any response or the items. I have seen that others have registered complaints with the BBB & have gotten refunds. I hope you can be of help. Thank you.

      I ordered a product online January 23, 2024. My credit card was charged and I received an email confirmation with the following note: Please note: On made-to-order items there may be a 14-day period for processing and production before shipment. This does not include holidays or weekends. If you’re unsure about an item you have ordered please contact us. Send ALL order inquiries to *********************. Please include your name and order number in the subject line. I've emailed, called, tried the online chat with no response for current status. If there was any follow up communication at all I wouldn't file a complaint but this feels so sketchy to me.

      I bought an item off the Sports Fanz website on 11/22/23. The item is 1x *** ***** * ***** ****** Dual Signed Athlon Sports Cover 16x20. I purchased the item for $112.99 after shipping and taxes. I received my confirmation email shortly after purchasing on 11/22/23. The email states, that items could take up to 14 business days to ship. There is an email attached that states if you have questions regarding the status of you order to email them with you order number and name, not to call because associates cannot see what has been ordered online. After weeks of waiting for a shipping confirmation email, I never received. I emailed the address they provided with the requested informed asking for an update. This first email was sent on 12/4/23. I received no response. I emailed again on 12/10/23 with the same information sent the first time but also stating if the product could not be fulfilled then to issue a refund. I received no response. I then called the store location the evening of 12/11/23 and stated I know that the email states they are not able to see the orders, but that I had emailed the address provided initially twice and received no feedback. The man who answered was extremely rude and asked if I email them with my name and order number. I replied yes and he said what is your order number? I gave him my order number and he stated he would give the number to the guys and hung up. There has been no shipping notifications emailed or sent to me, despite trying to contact. This is a Christmas present and at this point I would just like my money back so I can purchase something else. This company does not deserve my business.

      Ordered University of ******* *** shade on Aug 8th kept waiting for shipping information after receiving I asked where my order was No RESPONSE waiting for a few days asked again told them to Give me the status of my order gave them my confirmation number on the order ***** told them I was going to report them to authorities for fraudulent business practices then got a response that stated product was not available I asked where is my money? I have not got a response If you look at reports regarding this company how are they allowed to conduct business? The money is not the issue it is principal how do they continually steal from people ? With no repercussions? PLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY I BELIEVE THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY Many people stated that online after doing their own investigations.

      I purchased 2 items from this company’s online store on 5/7/23. I first contacted them after purchase asking if I can combine shipping on the two orders and receive a $10 refund, but they never responded back. After I hadn’t received a response, a shipping confirmation, or my items after a week I reached back out to the company via email asking about combining orders again and if there was any update as to when my items would ship. I received no response. Over the last 3 days, starting 5/29/23, at different times during the day, I contacted the phone number on their website. The person who continues to answer the phone tells me I have to speak with the online shipping department and hangs up on me. They state that the online shipping department is only there between 12 and 4, yet they weren’t available when I called between those times either. They now have my, and my girlfriend’s, phone number blocked. I’ve also attempted to contact them via ******** privately through messenger and they blocked me through there. I sent one last email asking for a refund and have not received a response.

      On 5/7/23, I purchased a doormat from Sports Fanz for $49.99 for which I got an email confirmation. I haven't received it, and at least 3 email attempts to find out the status of my order have gone unanswered. I sent an email in response to the confirmation and also to the address they provided to ask questions. I'd like a response from them, and if that fails again, I want my money back.

      I did get an email from Sports Fanz saying my order was on the way, but it isn't.  The ***** tracking they sent me has the status that a label was created only.  I emailed them questioning this and got no response.  I just want my order.  I'd appreciate an intervention again.

      On December 15th, 2022 I placed an order for a golf bag listed “in stock” on the website, I was sent an automated message thanking me for my order. On December 16th I was sent an automated email stating my estimated shipping date was December 22nd. On December 25th, I sent an email asking for my order status with no reply. I called the store front and had my first interaction with the same man who answers every time I call. I was told that the warehouse leaves at 5 PM and I needed to call back tomorrow or send an email. I sent a second email and called back the next day at 4:45 and was told warehouse was gone for the day and again, my the same man, was told to send an email and they are probably backed up after the holiday. I sent three more emails with no answer and called once again, at 2 PM with the same man answering, and was told this time that it is just retail and no warehouse or distributing is on site. I was told, one more time, to send an email. After 14 emails and many phone calls without help, I called one last time asking for help before I contacted BBB. I was mocked, received no help, and told I should email and say ‘I want to cancel my order’ as if my 15th email would get the first answer. I’m now down $300, have no idea if I will ever get my product, and have been given the run around every single time I call the store or use the online chat option. I have still not received an email response and I’m at a loss. There should not be a business that refuses to help it’s customers after taking the customers hard earned money.

      I purchased two frames to display my Super Bowl tickets. Upon receiving the products I realized that the description of the items did not match the website photos, and so u requested to return the items. As per the company’s return and refund policy, I am required to contact them and request to get an RMA number. I have sent 5 emails requesting this RMA number and they are intentionally ignoring my request. Once they replied and asked me to confirm that I read the return policy. Which I replied and confirmed. Every email I have sent since has been completely ignored. I just want to return the items and get my refund but this company is refusing to honor their own return policy. Please help
